About: I am only available work 11 am to 5 pm. I worked in a shelter and helped out a little with the dogs and have had pets my whole life. I get along very well with animals, including very shy animals. I'm a freelance artist with a very free schedule and I can drop in anytime that you may need me to be there. I understand the regularity of a pet's schedule is very important! I can crate a pet if needed and am very careful with an animal's boundaries to insure safety and comfort for your pet and myself.
“Jeff’s communication has been great! It’s reassuring knowing our senior girl is in good hands while we’re at work. Jeff definitely cares about the animals, and we get great photo updates! We really appreciate the reliability, would definitely recommend:)”

“Clare is so great! She is very flexible and accommodating. She’s obviously a dog person and Pongo loved her. She left very detailed Rover cards and sent cute pictures too! I would highly recommend booking Clare to care for your pup.”

“Kirsten helped me out so much when I needed a last minute dog walker! She was very quick to respond and made sure that Ollie had water after his walks and when he tore apart a toilet paper roll she cleaned it up so he didn’t get in to anymore trouble. Definitely would use her again.”

About: I work from home 85% of the time, I have a backyard, I love to take dogs for walks, and have a ton of patience for noisy babies. I don’t have any of my own so this is how I get my fix :D Rover is the best gift I’ve ever given myself! I will enthusiastically accept your booking request if I’m available. Happy to take bully breeds! Since I work from home a majority of the week I’m available for potty breaks and to keep them company. On occasion I work in the evenings at music venues and may be gone for 3-5 hours. In my home dogs can free roam and they can be let outside often - force me to take more work breaks! I can provide a dog bed and water bowl. As long as pets are not destructive they would be allowed on the furniture and in the bed during overnights.
“Megan was fantastic! She met us before walking Rex and got to know him. When she’d come over for a walk, she would keep us informed the whole time. She was punctual and very responsive to any questions/messages we had. We‘ve already booked our next walks with her! Highly recommend!”

About: Hi! I’m an experienced and attentive pet sitter who truly treats every animal like my own. I’ve grown up caring for a full house of pets, including my 7-year-old Mini Aussie, Winston, my 5-year-old Border Collie/Shepherd mix, Wilbur, and three cats—Binx (who is a tripod), Salem (who has one blind eye), and Sadie. Because of this, I’m very comfortable caring for pets with special needs, senior pets, and animals with different personalities and energy levels. I regularly care for my friend’s senior Retriever who requires daily medication, short walks only, and extra assistance getting on and off the couch. This has given me hands-on experience with medication schedules, mobility support, and understanding senior pets’ limits while still keeping them comfortable and happy. I’ve trained all of my dogs since they were puppies, including basic obedience, leash manners, and positive reinforcement training, so I’m confident working with puppies as well as adult dogs. I pet sit regularly for friends and family and also have experience caring for cats, small mammals, reptiles, lizards, and snakes. I’m patient, gentle, and very observant, and I always pay close attention to each pet’s needs and behavior. I’m home most of the time while completing online college, which means your pet will receive plenty of attention, companionship, and supervision. I have a backyard for playtime and can provide walks every 1–2 hours if needed. I’m also happy to do dog park visits for social pups (with owner approval). Your pet’s safety, comfort, and happiness are my top priorities, and I work hard to make sure they feel loved, secure, and at home while you’re away. Pet care fits easily into my daily schedule because I attend college online and am home most of the day. This allows me to provide consistent supervision, frequent potty breaks, walks every 1–2 hours if needed, meals on schedule, medication administration, and plenty of playtime and affection. I plan my coursework around the pets in my care, so their routines always come first. Your pet will never be left alone for long and will receive lots of attention throughout the day. When caring for pets in my own home or in a client’s home, I focus on keeping their routine as close to normal as possible so they feel comfortable and secure. I follow all instructions closely, including feeding schedules, walks, medications, and any special care needs. I make sure pets get plenty of attention, exercise, and mental stimulation while also respecting their limits—especially for seniors or pets with medical needs. In my home, pets have a safe, calm environment with access to a backyard, frequent potty breaks, regular walks, and lots of companionship since I’m home most of the day. In a client’s home, I’m respectful of their space and ensure pets feel relaxed by maintaining familiar routines, playtime, and comfort. I provide regular updates and photos, monitor behavior and health closely, and always prioritize safety, cleanliness, and communication. My goal is for every pet to feel loved, cared for, and stress-free while their owner is away.
“Eve is wonderful. She came over earlier in the day to meet and greet to make sure everyone felt comfortable, as my dog can be a bit standoffish and reactive. We talked through everything (as Pep has special handling instructions) and I felt totally seen and heard. The walk went well, and I'm looking forward to having her help out weekly.”

“Mike was incredible! Very easy to communicate with, took some great action shots of my pup, and filled me in completely on how the walks went! When I got home, I could tell Duke was a very tired but happy pup! Highly recommend Mike and his services!”

“Hailey is a great dog walker! She walked my senior dog weekly and always provided clear, friendly, and consistent communication. She was also flexible to pick up extra walks when I needed the extra help. Highly recommend!”

“My dog loves his walks with Danyel! I really appreciate the rover cards with details of the walk and photos. It’s reassuring to me that my dog is in great hands when I’m at work. Highly recommend Danyel!”

“Our pup Nike loved her walks with Isabelle! Isabell gave lots of love to Nike and was very responsive and gave lots of photos and updates. We look forward to using her services again!”

“I cannot express how grateful I am for Jessica! My pup Banks has a tough time warming up to new people, and he fell in love with her immediately. He no longer gets upset when I leave for work because he knows Jessica will be there soon to take him on a walk! Her knowledge and patience with anxiety driven dogs is unmatched.”

About: Pet sitting is my full time gig right now! Whether your pet prefers to chill inside or go on hikes, I’m happy! I have experience with both dogs and cats, and I’m generally very flexible! Pet care is my full time job right now! Your pet will be my priority anytime they are boarding or going on a walk with me! Although I do not have a fenced in yard at the moment, I am diligent about frequent potty breaks, walks, and spending lots of time outside!
Baker dog parents share their Rover experiences
Anna was a rockstar! She put in a lot of time with a meet and greet with Bennie before their first walk. She was very very patient and responsive to Bennie's cues. By the end Bennie was super comfortable with her and running around the house excited afterwards! Bennie responded very well to her on their first walk. Anna has great communication, responsiveness to requests, and wonderful demeanor with dogs of all kinds!

Eve is wonderful. She came over earlier in the day to meet and greet to make sure everyone felt comfortable, as my dog can be a bit standoffish and reactive. We talked through everything (as Pep has special handling instructions) and I felt totally seen and heard. The walk went well, and I'm looking forward to having her help out weekly.

I booked dog walks with Christina very last minute ahead of a holiday; she was incredibly responsive and helpful right off the bat. Christina was SO great with my dog, taking her on extra long walks to help tire her out. She provided very helpful photos and updates throughout their walks. Cannot thank and recommend her enough!
