Experienced Dog owner and lover!
Hi all, I’m Maria (Alex), I’ve had dogs all my life and love them with all my heart. From schnauzers to Siberian huskies, I’ve experienced a wide range of dog personalities and needs. My senior husky, who has seizures and reactivity issues, has taught me patience and how to handle even the most challenging walks with care. Both my husband and I work remote, so we have the time and flexibility to treat your dog like our own. To us, dogs are family, and I’d love to help keep your pup happy while you are unavailable! For my house sitting clients, I will be with your dogs most of the day, but if we live in the same neighborhood I’d likely step out to sleep in my own home and will return first thing in the morning (puppies are an exception as I know they need more time)

We take care of dogs depending on their specific needs. If the goal is to provide play, I will play fetch and give your pup loving while you are away. I make sure the dogs food and water needs are met and respect the space that I might be in.

Maria and Omar were an absolute joy to work with. We recently lost our other dog so this was our first time away leaving our Great Dane alone and we were very nervous to do so. They came over before to meet our giant pup and asked all of the insightful questions. Our nerves instantly disappeared. During their stay, they communicated and asked any questions that came up. When we got home, our dog seemed disappointed to see us because he was hoping it was his new friends. I would use them again and again!!

Maria and Omar are absolute rockstars! This was our second time having them watch Odin, and they took such amazing care of him over Labor Day weekend. They sent fantastic updates and photos, and even handled an unexpected neighborhood dog encounter like total pros. We came home to a very happy pup. Schedule
My husband and I will give your pet whatever it is he or she needs! Our neighborhood has two large dog parks, and we live close to walking trails to take them on walks as well.

- Let me know your pets special needs, if there are reactivity issues, how he behaves on a typical walk etc. To ensure I can look out for those triggers and have a smooth walk/visit. We tend to over communicate with our pet parents, so just let us know if we are doing it too much and we’ll adjust so you can enjoy your time away! Please also share your vet info in case of emergencies.
