A typical day
I aim to keep your dog’s day as close to their normal routine as possible. I follow all feeding schedules carefully and make sure they always have fresh water and plenty of exercise. Walks are a highlight of the day, and I like to vary our routes so dogs get lots of new smells and stimulation. I also spend plenty of time playing with them and giving them attention so they feel happy and comfortable while you’re away. 🐕

Hi! I’m the person my friends and family always trust to care for their dogs when they’re away. I’m reliable, responsible, and most importantly a true dog lover who enjoys spending time with pups of all shapes and sizes. I have over 10 years of hands-on experience with dogs through volunteering at my local animal shelter during both high school and college. That experience taught me how to work with all types of personalities, including shy, anxious, or high energy dogs, and how to make them feel safe and comfortable. Whether your dog loves long walks, playtime, or a slower pace, I’m happy to tailor our time together to their needs. I also have a spacious car and can take dogs to nearby parks for extra exercise and enrichment if you’d like. My goal is always to make sure your dog feels happy, safe, and cared for while giving you peace of mind while you’re away.

Alex loves all animals, especially dogs. When she comes into a space where a dog is around, she’ll make sure to say hi to them first and then moves on to humans. Alex has watched my dog Otto, who is not the easiest of dogs, and she always takes care of him just as I would. She’ll send me photos and updates of him, even if I don’t request. I know he’s in good hands when he’s with her.
