About: I’ve cared for dogs and cats since I was young. And have an intense passion for animal happiness and wellbeing. I can care for the sick, the elderly, the disabled, and your average everyday babies. I am currently a full time Rover sitter and have wide open availability. I am open to staying at clients homes for short or extended periods of time. I have a medium sized apartment in an extremely walkable neighborhood with multiple pet friendly shops and restaurants nearby. I engage in a lot of enrichment with my own pets from walking/hiking, playtime with toys, and gentle grooming care.
“Rese helped with our dog who has some behavior needs. She spent time with all our animals and was so kind and communicative throughout the whole process. Will definitely book again!”

“Lindsey is great. She always comes within the window and notifies me if she's running a few minutes late or early. She has been very flexible with my schedule and I've been able to book just hours before my requested walk time. Overall I would recommend Lindsey to anyone!”
“Maya saved us from a last minute cancellation and came to our rescue. We have 4 small dogs with a variety of needs and everyone was cared with love. Thank you, Maya! We will call on you again! ♥️”

“This was our first time using Rover and Penny was a little nervous with our new friend Kyla but she was extremely patient with her, and took her for a great walk while I’m stuck at work!”

About: Growing up, dogs have always been a big part of my life. My family had our own dogs, and I also helped care for dogs belonging to family and friends of all shapes and sizes. I currently have a 2-year-old Border Collie/Cattle Dog mix, which has given me even more hands-on experience with training, exercise, and understanding different behaviors and personalities. I love being outdoors and staying active, and having a furry friend along for a walk or run makes it even more enjoyable. Whether your dog needs a good walk, some exercise, or simply some companionship with a drop-in visit, I’ll treat them with the same care and attention I would give my own. I’m responsible, trustworthy, patient, and attentive to each dog’s individual needs. I’m excited to spend more time outside, explore the wonderful neighborhoods around the Denver metro area, and most importantly, provide your dog with a safe, fun, and positive experience. I’m currently working part-time and have plenty of availability to help dogs get out on walks, as well as other forms of exercise, if needed. Available for meet and greets as well! I have a 2 year old, high energy, border collie/cattle dog mix. I have a fenced in yard and I go on at least 2-3 walks per day. I also have other training exercises and games we play when needed as well and it has been awesome to see my dogs growth since he was a puppy.
About: I grew up with dogs, cats, birds, turtles, horses, goats, pigs, chickens, rabbits, and I even had a pet rat for a couple of years. I love animals and getting to know their unique personalities. After my dog died of old age, I found it too hard to think about getting another dog. Now years later I have found that I really miss having animals but because I am a digital nomad, I don’t want to get one of my own. I joined Rover so I could help other people with their pets while they need to travel and so I could get to spend time with animals while not having one of my own. Over the years since losing my dog I have spent a lot of time volunteering at animal shelters. I found it was a great way for me to give back while also being able to get my love and cuddles from adorable animals. I work full time remotely as a Controller. Due to the remote nature of my job, I can be at home almost 24/7 if needed. This allows me to spend plenty of time with any animal or animals I am watching. I am available every day of the week for overnight stays at your home. I have found this is less stressful on animals when they can stay in their own familiar environment with all their own things. I also have the availability to do dog walking or cat check ins any day of the week. I will care for your pets exactly as you would. With good communication on pet behavior and expectations I can carry through with caring for them as you would.

About: I’ve mostly cared for pets belonging to friends and neighbors, including dogs, cats, and even the occasional fish! 🐶🐱🐟 I’m very attentive, follow instructions carefully, and I’m always comfortable asking questions to make sure your pet gets exactly what they need. I’m new to Rover, but I’m not new to being a responsible and caring pet sitter! 🐾❤️ My work schedule varies quite a bit, with shifts ranging anywhere from 6 AM to 10 PM. Because of this, my availability can change from day to day. I’m happy to communicate ahead of time and work with you to find a schedule that works for both you and your pet! One of the dogs I recently cared for stayed with me for two weeks and required seizure medication. I was trusted to administer the medication on schedule and closely follow their care instructions. I’m attentive, responsible, and always ask questions when I’m unsure about something. Your pet’s safety and comfort are my top priorities.
“Brittany has walked my German shepherd twice now and she’s been nothing short of amazing! She has turned into my weekly dog walker and I’d suggest her to anyone that needs any of the services she provides!”

“Kaylee was SO helpful when we had to find a dog walker last minute due to going into labor. She was flexible, friendly, prompt, and took great care of our 2 pups. Would highly recommend!”

“Chanel was wonderful with my dog, Nala! Nala is big, strong and high energy but Chanel handled her, let's say 'overenthusiasm' 😅, professionally and kindly! She was punctual, respectful and took plenty of cute pics while they were out walking! I will be booking with Chanel again!”

About: Lifelong pet lover and owner looking to make your dog feel at home while you’re away. We have 1 older dog and 2 friendly cats who get lots of attention and treats as we both work from home. Plenty of parks nearby and a fenced in backyard for potty breaks and exercise. I currently work from home full time and can let your dog out as needed for potty breaks. My dog, Chester, usually gets two walks a day and we can easily adapt to your dog’s routine. We have a 8 ft fenced yard where the dogs can be outside and supervised and pets are allowed on the furniture if they would like. We can easily modify based on your preferences.

“Abagail is fantastic and sends updates frequently. She is attentive and asks all the questions to make caring for your pup a breeze. We will absolutely have Abagail take care of our pup soon! She is AWESOME!”

Dog parents share their Rover experiences - Englewood
I can’t praise enough for how incredibly amazing Nathanniel is!!!! My walker cancelled last minute and I was scrambling to find another walker for my two rescue dogs and Nathanniel was the most reassuring and loving walker I could’ve come across with in Denver. He is just incredible with my dogs and is very communicative and sends regular pics and video updates. One of my dogs pulls but Nathanniel wasn’t one bit afraid of the challenge and actually seems like he kind of trained her to not pull as much! How??? Nathanniel is pure magic!!!

Kaylee is the best! Definitely recommend and will book again. Very sweet, caring and professional. She helped walk my 70 lb Lab/Pitty mix while I recovered from a little procedure. She tracked her walks and sent cute pictures of my smiley boy enjoying his outing. My dog came back smiling and tired - job well done :-)

Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a walker. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your walker or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your walker questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and walkers on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
