Dog Walkers in Cherry Hills Village, CO

About: I have 8+ years of experience in a variety of animal work: shelter volunteer work, employment at a dog and cat daycare, dog-sitting, overnight house sitting, cat-sitting, and dog-walking. I have a side baking business and I decorate and deliver on weekends depending on orders, but I can easily work around that schedule if needed. I have a wooden fence around the patio in my townhome and I live in a nice complex with trustworthy neighbors. I also live less than half a mile from a couple local parks, so I could walk your dog to and from there! My roommate has a sociable, spayed husky who is only there on weekends. If you’re uncomfortable with another dog at my home, I can make sure they’re separated with a dog gate if preferred. Our house has 2 stories so each would have plenty of room to themselves. I also try to accommodate my client’s financial expectations. We can discuss rates if needed and I am more than happy to adjust accordingly and reasonably for your comfort. Please keep in mind that I only make 80% of my posted rates, so I try to keep any doggy day care requests that are longer than 8 hours around my current rate of $88 (aka $70.40 after fees) because it’s already only $8.80 per hour. About: I've had dogs as long as I can remember..my current crew are both rescued and are both the sweetest! I am very detailed I want to know exactly what you need for me to make your drop-in visit the best and most comforting experience for you and your furbaby or your overnight stay awesome! I am experienced in providing medicine for your baby, and any special needs you might have. I look to keep busy in the evenings and would love to either do drop-in visits, overnight stay or boarding. I have a day job and side hustle but find myself having extra time still. My apartment is great for a bit of rowdiness! My two furkids are active all the time and being on the 2nd floor and cement floors allows what I call "Crazy time", I have a gated astroturf area at my apartment for those breaks. If you are wanting me to take your furbaby to a dog park, I live just very close to the Englewood Canine Corral and go regularly. Suppose you need me to come to your home. In that case, I am respectful of your space and am very timely and detail-oriented to make sure the care I provide is exactly as you communicate to me, including pictures, and checking in as you wish.
