Grace was incredible from start to finish. We have a high needs GSD who requires a full medication schedule and is dog reactive, and she was very accommodating. She was very communicative and followed our written instructions with ease. To top it all off, she has a beautiful back yard that our girl LOVED. I would highly recommend Grace and her family. Janet is the absolute best, our doggie had a great time with Janet and seems to especially enjoy exploring the yard. We had such a great experience! Parmesan can be a little unsure and anxious in a new environment, and they went above and beyond to make him feel comfortable and at home. They were so patient with him, gave him lots of love and attention, and sent us plenty of pictures and updates while we were away, which gave us so much peace of mind. It was clear he was in great hands and being really well cared for. We would absolutely trust Joie and Jason with Parmesan again and highly recommend them!
I think Daisy & Thor really enjoyed their time with Alan, they have been sleeping all day their first day back with me! Thank you so much for your flexibility in their drop-off and pick-up times. I really appreciate being able to do such a late pick-up due to my delayed flight home, and I will definitely bring my pups over for another visit when my next trip comes up. Thanks for sending some pics of them too while I was out of town, I love my pups so much and think about them every day when I'm away, so to see them happy and doing well in some pictures meant a lot to me.
