:-: This is my Trusted Housesitters profile - it is a MUCH better portfolio of the sits I’ve been picked for and the pets I’ve been lucky enough to meet and snuggle along the way: https://shorturl.at/kbdts :-: I have owned animals my entire life - dogs, cats, birds, fish, ducks… at one point I found myself in possession of a giant lizard but we can ignore that part I also used to volunteer with a small animal rescue organization in the mountains for cats with disabilities - I would visit once or twice a month to help them clean or play with the kitties - it was a fulfilling experience It is important to me that pets feel safe and comfortable with me as their sitter so allowing them to warm up in their own time and way is probably most valuable and special skill - I’m not sure how, but I do seem to have an undeniable ability to win over the most difficult of pets and have surprised many a owner 🥰
