She is really good at following directions and dealing with their particularities (example - our cats love drinking out of cups of water, without fail she fills those all the time despite them also having fountains). She sends pics and great updates on what the cats are up to, plus keeps the cats spaces tidy so they don’t have to eat around a bunch of spilled food & have clean litter boxes and areas. we always feel at ease when Andrea is watching them!
