“Melissa was amazing with Charlie my cat! All the pictures were above and beyond so I could see he was happy! I would definitely use Melissa again, thank you!”

“Phinea was an excellent companion for our two cats while we were out of town for the holiday weekend! She was timely and responsive when communicating in advance of our trip. She was attentive during the meet and greet and made fast friends with our kitties. She remembered all of the details we discussed during our meeting, and even remembered which of our cats liked which toys. When we came home our kitties were content, played with, and all of their needs attended to. Very grateful to her for her care and attention to detail, and we would be thrilled to book with her again!”

“I'm so happy I found Rae on Rover! She comes over twice a week to hang out with my crew which makes me feel much better about being gone all day at work. She's dependable, trustworthy, communicative, and so good with my animals. I can tell my animals like her by the pictures she sends to me. My little dog, who is a little skittish around new people, even jumped on her lap after only a couple visits! If my dogs and cat like you, I like you!”

“Second time using Terri and it feels like she has been watching our cats for years. Our older cat Cosmo is usually standoffish with strangers, and even people he has known his whole life. But when Terri comes in he instantly goes to the room with his toys for play time. Our very first meeting our younger cat Goose jumped up on her lap (she never does this with us!). Terri is a cat whisperer and we love her. I feel like they don’t even seem phased by us going on vacation anymore. They love her so much and she clearly goes above and beyond in making them feel taken care of. Thanks so much Terri!!”

“Kristen took great care of our young, playful cats while we were new to the neighborhood and needed to travel. She was super responsive, kind, and communicative. Will definitely use her as a sitter again!”

“Jessica is so great with my cat! She's super thoughtful about her needs and enrichment when she's alone. My cat is a little person and loves attention and I know she's getting that when Jessica is watching her”

“Chelsea was great with my kitties! I felt totally comfortable leaving them in her care. Got lots of photos and updates from her. Would definitely book her again for my next trip!! 💯”

About: I have been taking care of animals my whole life. I worked at a humane society for over 2 years, and I would like to keep doing what I love and would be grateful to care for your loved ones. I have experience with reptiles and bunnies also! I’m currently going to school full time, which could change my availability due to class times for each term. I cannot change my schedule, please consider this before reaching out. The environment I bring to a clients home is friendly and loving. I will focus all my attention on your pet and care for it as if it were my own. I can honestly say the pets I sit are very much spoiled with love and play.
“Lauren went above and beyond in her care for my Animal family members during my recent hospital stay. When my discharge date was extended, Lauren's flexibility allowed me to stay in rehab and focus on healing without worry. She's brilliant and kind, highly competent and adaptable with all species, including humans. Hunter, Lil D, and I are very lucky to have her as a member of our family.”

“Our cats had a great time with Abigail! She was so communicative and left detailed feedback while we were away. We are grateful to have found such a kind and accommodating caretaker!!”

“Linda was wonderful — our pup Bella was in love from the moment she met her. Linda patiently answered all my questions and provided frequent updates. She also made this first-time Rover-er feel super comfortable. Wouldn't hesitate to book her again!”

“Grace was AMAZING!! Not only did she make sure my cats were fed, she spent time playing with them, cleaned up after them, took the litter out and even brought in 2 packages and the trash can! She really went above and beyond! I felt great peace of mind knowing that my cats were being so well taken care of while I was gone. I will definitely re-book with her!! Thank you!! ☺️ 🙏”

Mountain View cat parents share their Rover experiences
We were so lucky to find Grace to cat sit for us! She was upbeat, bubbly and took great care of Kitty while we were gone. At meet and greet she asked about expectations I hadn't even thought of. She worked with us through multiple (unexpected) modifications of our schedule, happily adjusting to whatever we needed. I highly recommend Grace as a pet sitter. She goes above and beyond!!
Abigail was an amazing cat sitter! She took such great care of my cat and made me feel completely at ease while I was away. She was attentive, responsible, and clearly loves animals. I reallyyyy appreciated the updates as she’s an older cat that requires medications and got lots of photos, it was obvious my cat was comfortable and well cared for the whole time. I came home to a happy cat and everything just as I left it. I’m already booking her again.

Darian took such great care of our cat while we were out of town. She came before our trip to meet us and our cat. I really appreciated that she noticed something that could be concerning and reached out to me. Her check ins were great and I enjoyed seeing our cat getting lots of love in her check in pictures.

Another great cat sitting experience with Lauryn! Lauryn visited our cat 7 days in a row while we were away. She sent us great photos and sweet updates. We returned to a clean home and a content cat. I’m so grateful to have found such a reliable, communicative, and caring cat sitter in Lauryn. Thanks Lauryn!

Greg and Hilary are fantastic pet sitters! From the very first meeting, they were incredibly patient and kind — my 11-year-old wanted to give them the full rundown of instructions, and they listened attentively to every detail without rushing her at all. It clearly meant a lot to her that Greg and Hilary took it so seriously. They were flexible and accommodating throughout the whole process, and kept us updated with photos and check-ins while we were away. We will absolutely be booking with him again!
