Pet care experience
Dog Walks, Cat Cuddles, Happy Pets
I've taken care of dogs and cats for most of my life. I've met and loved a wide range of dogs, from little papillons to massive sharpeis. I also am a self-proclaimed Cat Lady, and I've bonded with many cats, from feisty dictators to velcro snuggle bugs. I'm an avid and ambitious walker and am not intimidated by an energetic dog in need of a lengthy walk. I'm comfortable handling dogs who pull on leash, enjoy frequent sniff breaks, or need distance from other dogs. I'm equally happy to provide slower, gentle walks for senior dogs. I also have experience teaching and reinforcing good leash manners and walking skills with puppies.

Safety, trust & environment
Walks are one-on-one unless you request otherwise. If your dog enjoys canine companionship and it's a good fit, I'm happy to bring my friendly, well-socialized dog along for a shared walk with your approval. During hot summer months, walks are limited to 15 minutes when the temperature is above 90°. I will provide indoor play and cuddles for the remaining time. In your home, I’m happy to refresh food and water, clean litter boxes, and give your pet some extra cuddles before or after their walk. Feel free to tell me all the silly routines you've established with your pet (I know you have them, and I'm happy to continue them in your absence!). I’ll also take care of waste cleanup and dispose of it properly. I currently offer doggy daycare to existing clients. You may request doggy daycare after booking a walk or drop-in visit. During doggy daycare, your pup will enjoy access to our spacious, fully fenced yard. I regularly pick up dog waste from our yard to keep the area sanitary and safe. I limit daycare to no more than two guest dogs at a time, in addition to my own dog, to ensure a safe and attentive environment. All dogs are supervised at all times, including while outdoors. To become a regular client, dogs must be comfortable with my dog and show no signs of aggression toward my cats. I currently offer housesitting to existing clients on a case-by-case basis. You may request housesitting after booking a walk or drop-in visit.

Schedule
Caring for pets is what I do full time. I'm available all day, including weekends. While I can adapt to most dog-walking requests, I strongly prefer morning and evening walks during the summer, and afternoon walks during the winter (for the comfort of both me and your dog). If you're a returning client and my calendar shows I'm unavailable, please don't hesitate to reach out. I may still be able to accommodate your request.
