âAlexis is amazing!! This was our second time booking her and we accidentally double locked our front door and she was patient and kind as we worked to resolve the issue.â

âKim was amazing with our cat Butterbean while we were away for the night -Butterbean is very high maintenance, Kim gave him oral medication and left our house just how she found it! Thank you, Kim!â

âMariah took fantastic care of our cats Rigby and Beau! She maintained excellent communication throughout, and the boys seemed to really like her! Even our more timid boy seemed to come out of his shell. She really is a cat whisperer!â

âMauro and Diego are amazing! By far the best sitters we have ever used in Rover. They provided us with so many photos/videos and communicated thoroughly. They even left a little present for our cat for the holidays. Canât recommend these guys enough.â

âLaura is amazing! She is responsive, and she did a wonderful job of keeping me appraised of my catâs eating habits in the wake of a recent diagnosis. She even brought in package unasked and came for a last minute visit when my flight was delayed. I cannot recommend her more!â

âAs always, Rebecca is SO attentive to our cat Berk, and communicates clearly after every visit! She goes above and beyond to play with Berk and show him extra love when she thinks he needs it. 10/10 Rebecca!â

âDiane is wonderful! I was a bit anxious to leave town since one of our cats has been quite ill this year â she was so thorough in reviewing care notes and asking great questions about both of our cats that I felt instantly better before our trip. When we were gone, Diane spent lots of time with both kitties and assured me that they were both happy and healthy while we were away. Thanks Diane!â

âElaine was awesome! Super punctual and attentive to my catâs needs over Christmas. Went out of her way to make sure Jackson was well taken care of â¤ď¸â

âAlly was lovely, caring, and kind watching our Annie. She stepped in at a momentâs notice and her pictures and updates were both reassuring and kept us connected to our furry family member.â
About: Iâve grown up with dogs and have years of hands-on experience caring for dogs of all sizes, ages, and personalities. I understand the importance of routine, exercise, and positive reinforcement, and I tailor my care to each dogâs individual needsâwhether thatâs long walks, playtime, or calm companionship. In addition to dogs, I have extensive experience caring for exotic pets and animals with complex care requirements. I currently have a pet bunny of my own and volunteer at a rabbit rescue, which has given me strong experience with special diets, medications, behavior observation, and attentive, detail-oriented care. This background makes me especially comfortable handling pets with medical needs, unique routines, or extra attention requirements. I treat every pet as if they were my own and take pride in providing reliable, thoughtful care you can trust while youâre away. I currently work from home and have a flexible schedule during week days and on the weekend. I am able to adjust my time to meet your petâs individualized needs. I am open to any times of day for drop-in visits, with a preference for mornings and evenings. I take safety and trust in my clientsâ home ever seriously. I follow all care instructions closely, maintain secure doors and gates, and ensure pets are always supervised according to their needs. Iâm respectful of your space, keep routines consistent, and provide clear communication so you can feel confident that your pet and your home are in safe hands while youâre away.
âAmbriehl was so great! Extremely reliable, was great at taking care of our shy cat, and was able to give him his oral medicine! 10/10 would recommend and would reach out to her for more help again! Thanks for watching Wrigley over Christmas đŤśđ˝â

âJenna and Jason did an amazing job! Every visit was documented and I recieved meaningful updates with lots of pictures! I will definitely be using them again in the future!â

âThank you so much for taking care of my little kitty cat! He seems to have loved his time and wasnât too lonely as he wasnât too mad at me when I got home :Pâ

About: I am a lifelong pet owner with experience caring for senior pets. I love dogs and cats, but I have also cared for rodents and reptiles. I love getting to know an animal's unique personality and learning how I can make their time with me fun and relaxing. I work for myself, so my schedule is flexible and I'm available during the day as needed. At the moment, I don't have any pets of my own, so I'm free to love yours anytime. I have a fenced yard and I'm familiar with various toys and tools that can be used for enrichment or assistance. I have passed background checks for various jobs and have worked in secure environments in the past.
âShannon is caring, thoughtful, and my grumpy cat loved her. Lots of pics and a willingness to go above and beyond. I felt extremely comfortable leaving my cat and apartment in her care. If possible, Shannon is my number one choice for all of my out of town pet needs. Thank you!!â

âTaylor was an excellent cat sitter. She was very communicative and flexible when I had to make a change to the schedule. She also took some glamor shot level pictures of my cats, which I really enjoyed.â

North Washington cat parents share their Rover experiences
Mariah was fantastic, and our two cats loved Mariah! We looked forward to the thorough updates and videos every day and we could tell that Mariah treated our cats like we would had we been home. By the end of the visit, our more standoffish cat even nuzzled! We will rebook.

Anna is awesome! Iâve booked with her before, and she always takes such good care of Finn. She didnât even blink when he had one of his anxietyâdriven poop outside the litter box moments, just cleaned everything up and made sure he felt okay. She followed all my instructions, kept me updated, and even stayed longer to give him some extra love. Iâll definitely book with her again and totally recommend her to anyone who needs a sitter who âgets itâ

Jenny really spent time with my cat! I have had other cat sitters (from Rover) who spent 5 or 10 minutes, but Jenny spent 25-30 minutes to give my cat some play time and lots of love. I have a camera on my front door so I know how long the sitter stays. Jenny sent regular updates and was easy to work with.

Shania was a fantastic cat sitter! She made sure Brooklyn had food, water, clean litter boxes, and attention and was clear and communicative in her visit reports. I especially appreciated that when the cat hadn't yet made a physical appearance by the end of her second visit, she made sure to note that he had eaten his food between visits, which reassured me that he hadn't gotten himself stuck in a closet or something. (He finally decided to show his furry face during visit three before basking in the attention the following two visits, lol.) She also brought in a couple packages and refreshed our Christmas tree's water, all of which helped our trip go smoothly. She'll be our first ask next time we need a cat sitter!

Laura checked on our cat while we were away during the holidays. Laura is very responsive to all communication. She provided daily updates with pictures (even though our cat is super shy). It was great knowing that someone was checking on him every day. Laura, thank you so much for taking care of Fez!
Victoria was the best! We left our 8 month old kitten for the first time and were a little nervous to be away, but Victoria took such great care of him! She was super communicative and really appreciated all her updates and extra help while we were away. Weâll absolutely be booking her again! đ

Carlie was great with my two cats while I was away! She kept them to their food schedule, made sure they had play and window time, cleaned up any messes, and was able to give my older cat his nightly medicine! My house and my two kitties were in perfect condition when I got home. Would definitely recommend/book again!

Every step of coordinating cat care for Gordy and Sylvie (two cats) went smoothly. John initiated and maintained solid communication throughout the whole experience, from the time of booking with him and each day he came to provide cat care. He even came to my house prior to fulfilling the commitment to ensure he understood all the nuances of my catâs needs and the specifics about how to care for them. I appreciated his daily photos of Gordy and Sylvie, which put me at ease and helped me feel like they were being well taken care of. When I got back from holiday travels, the place was in great shape. And it was clear he kept the litter and surrounding area tidy, which was important to me. Additionally, it was clear from my catsâ easy-going and calm demeanor when I returned, that John had taken great care of them and brought an energy into the home that was calming and reassuring for Gordy and Sylvie. I will definitely plan to hire John again for my future pet sitting needs.
