Our Westie has some separation anxiety so we’re trying to get him comfortable with new people. She had him warmed up to her within a day. Victor was a super great dog and house sitter. Tonio was happy, the house was clean and the sheets were in the laundry when we got home. He was particularly good with Tonio who can be a little aggressive and bossy. Victor was firm but kind and Tonio fell in line. Victor even fixed something that needed repair in the house while we were gone which was so generous! Above and beyond.
Madalyn did a great job caring for Rambo while I was away and would highly recommend to care for your pets. She also did a great job watching after my house and flagged some AC and refrigerator issues and was able to follow some troubleshooting guidance to fix the issues so I could avoid having to send someone out while I was away. She went above and beyond and did a clean before she left leaving the house, my dog is a big shedder and I was amazed to come home to no dog hair
Hannah was absolutely wonderful with Oliver! From the very beginning, she was incredibly thoughtful and detail-oriented, even offering to do a meet and greet ahead of time so we could make sure it was a good fit and walk through all of Oliver’s needs and routines. While we were gone, she sent us pictures and updates every day, which gave us so much peace of mind knowing he was happy and well cared for. She gave him tons of love and cuddles and even took the time to brush him out! Our travel plans were unfortunately a little all over the place, and Hannah navigated more than one schedule change with so much grace and flexibility, which we really appreciated. She also took wonderful care of our home. Everything looked great when we returned, and she even stripped the bed before leaving. Most importantly, it was obvious that Oliver was comfortable, happy, and very loved while we were away. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would absolutely recommend Hannah to anyone looking for someone they can trust to take amazing care of their furry family member!
