I could tell from the pics that Willow very quickly became super comfortable with her. Shannon was always quick to respond and so kind and flexible when my flight ended up getting cancelled! Shannon had already left my apartment when it was cancelled and I couldn’t get a new flight back until 2 days later. But she came back without hesitation and stayed at my place until I could make it back to Denver. She was such a soothing presence in a highly anxiety inducing situation! On top of all that, she left my place clean and helped water my plants. I truly could not have asked for a better experience and would rebook in a heartbeat!”
