About: My partner Matt and I recently had our 14 year old husky cane corso mix named Millie pass away. We had her since she was a small puppy and tried our best to give her the best life full of hikes, treats and love. We're not ready to permanently fill our home, so we are wanting to support other pet parents while they are away. About: I’ve been watching my neighbors’ animals for as long as I can remember. I grew up with dogs and love them dearly and I currently have two cats of my own! Animals are my safe space and I love spoiling them! I currently have two cats, so I obviously give them love and take care of them everyday! About: We were raised with large dogs and had medium dogs as adults. Our senior most dog had illness before he passed so we have experience with senior dogs. Our youngest dog was high energy and the older dog was low energy so we know how to handle both. Our youngest dog was aggressive towards other dogs so we also have experience walking with an aggressive dog. 90% of the time we are at home. We will only be leaving to get food or groceries from the store. We’re homebodies at this point so your babies won’t be alone for more than 2 hours max if necessary. About: I've been living my dream for the past four years, traveling the U.S. as a full-time digital nomad while pet-sitting in exchange for accommodation as I explore new cities, towns, and countryside. I've also provided all sorts of medical care to my furry friends: simple pills in pill pockets, "pilling" a cat, checking glucose levels of a diabetic cat and giving it insulin injections, giving a dog allergy immunizations, post-seizure comfort care to a dog, physical guidance for a dog who was both blind and deaf, and sincere patience with senior dogs on walks, going up stairs, or who are in the stage of life of needing to wear diapers. I've also watched service dogs who adhere to a different set of rules/commands than their siblings. (When I was younger, I helped train a litter of puppies, so that's also not foreign to me.) While the pet- and house-sitting experience I have amassed is top-quality, my resume stems from and highlights a simple, true love for spending time with animals, especially dogs and cats. What you can count on from me as your pet-sitter: 1) I will end the sit with various nicknames for your pets, 2) I will talk to them all day and invite them into every room I hang out in (as long as they're allowed), 3) I will send you at least one/two picture(s) a day, if not more because you request it or they do something extra cute/funny, and 4) I am very attentive to animals' nonverbal cues, and I will contact you and/or a virtual vet if something seems really off. Luckily for those searching for the best care for their fur family, I have an extremely wide range of successful experience in medical, psychological/anxiety, and senior pet care, as well as home care. Some pets simply need--and want--a human to take them outside and feed them. Others require a bit more attention. I think I really have done it all. I've watched over and bonded with eager, cuddly pets, as well as many rescued/previously-stray dogs who take quite a bit of time to warm up, and cats who fill the litter box and empty the food bowl but rarely show their face. I'm always eager to give the animals my love and affection, should they welcome it, and to fulfill their care needs. I follow all procedures and care that your pet is used to / that you request for them and your home. I am very attentive to pet-owners' instructions, from feeding instructions to crating needs during specific amounts of time alone/overnight, to medication instructions and symptoms to look out for, to times your fur baby needs to be let out or prefers to wake for the day or go to bed. If your pet loves to cuddle and is allowed in the bed or on the couch, they will be welcome to join me. Additionally, I've been astounded to learn how important the HOUSE-sitting portion can be. . . . I've saved a flooding bathroom caused by the connected unit, handled a creepy neighbor while keeping the homeowner involved, kept a saltwater pool clean and operating, oversaw an AC and furnace replacement, and more. Especially for overnight stays, I am known to leave homes just as clean, if not cleaner, than I found them, with bedding and towels taken care of if my departure time allows.
About: Hi there! I’m a teacher in Denver and a lifelong animal lover. My love for animals started young, helping out at my aunt’s dog shelter as a kid. At home, I share my life with my partner, our 7 year old American Bulldog, Teddy, and 3 year old hedgehog, Cosmo, so I’m well versed in caring for pets with different needs. That experience carries over into how I care for every pet I sit for. I’m very attentive and understand that pets can have unique needs, whether that’s medical care, anxiety, or a specific routine. Your pet’s comfort and safety is always a priority. As a teacher, my weekdays are pretty structured. I’m at school until 4, but I love using that after school time for dog walking; it’s a nice change of pace. Weekends are mostly reserved for my boarding clients, but if you need a longer stay, I’m happy to make accommodations if communicated beforehand. I have a fenced yard, grassy and shaded, perfect for playtime and potty breaks. I also have a backyard camera so your pet is always looked after, even when we step inside, and a large dog crate is available too if that’s part of your pet’s comfort routine. I’ll follow your feeding, medication, and routine instructions closely to keep things consistent, and I’ll make sure your pet gets plenty of quality time, whether that’s playing, cuddling, or just relaxing together. My own dog, Teddy, is friendly and well socialized, so your pup will have great company and won’t be alone. You’ll get regular photo updates throughout the stay, so you can relax knowing your baby is happy and safe.

Aspen is an only child and can be a little needy and barky at times, and she definitely takes a while to warm up to new people. Before the stay, we asked if we could bring Aspen over briefly so she could meet Jill and get familiar with her and the environment. Jill was so kind and flexible in letting us do that, which gave both my partner and me so much peace of mind. To our surprise, Aspen warmed up to Jill and her yard immediately! Drop-off went smoothly, and throughout the weekend Jill took such great care of Aspen. She sent us photos and updates, which kept us in the loop and reassured us that our puppy was happy and doing well. She was also very flexible with pickup since we weren’t sure exactly when we’d be back in town, and that meant a lot. It was such a relief knowing our person-picky girl was in such good hands. We’re so grateful for the care and attention Jill gave Aspen and would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy, thoughtful dog sitter!”
