Jana is absolutely amazing! She made sure all of my dogs were not stressed while we were away! Sent pictures, where it showed that were comfortable and happy. I was very nervous leaving them, but Jana did such an amazing job! I don't travel a lot because of the dogs, but now I feel better about leaving them a few days because I will contact Jana again!
My wife and I have a blind husky who is very shy, Patricia has been patient with her and allowed her to open up on her time. This is the second time we have used Patricia and Kiara looks so much more comfortable every time she sends us a picture! I love how communicative she is and appreciate all the updates we get. A disabled pet can be hard to be away from, but when Patricia watches her we feel very comfortable in knowing she's getting properly taken care of and loved!
