About: We have a very friendly 1.5 year old black lab mix that LOVES to play with other dogs! We are an active family and your pup will get daily walks and tons of play time in our large fenced back yard. We also have a doggie door so the dogs can lounge outside whenever they like. And best of all, there is a great dog park right down the street to run themselves out at daily! Both my husband and I grew up with dogs and your pup will get all of the belly scratches she or he can handle at the Barkow house! We do have two very friendly old cats that just keep to themselves, so any doggie guests will need to be cat friendly too.

About: Hey there! I’m new to Rover, but definitely not new to dog and cat care! I worked at Earthdog Denver for two years, a local dog daycare in the Baker neighborhood. If your dog comes to daycare or grooming there, I probably already know them! I can also give your dog baths and nail trims. If your cat won’t get too stressed, I can trim their claws too :) If you have other pets (rabbits, hedgehogs, chickens, lizards, etc) I’m comfortable taking care of them, too. I even sit for a miniature horse on occasion. Let me know what kind of animals you need taken care of! I am off work Sat, Suns, and Wednesdays, but I do have most mornings available for quick walks/drop ins. I’m flexible now that I have a car! I cannot care for dogs or cats at my place because I have kitties who wouldn’t appreciate the company! 😅 If you have a caged animal (hedgehog, bird, lizard, etc) I’m more than happy to keep them closed off in my bathroom, or just check in on them at your place if you’d prefer that. My cats have lived with a hedgehog and a gecko so they’re used to small critters.
About: I've always loved taking care of animals. They deserve love too, I would rather spend the whole day taking care of an animal than be out on the streets wasting life and energy. Pet care would fit great in my daily or weekly routine easily because I have a flexible schedule. If needed I can work remotely or work with my schedule so I have open availability to care for your pet. My yard is fenced so your pet will be safe and has enough room to run around outside and inside . There are water bowls all over the house and yard to keep pets hydrated. When caring for your pet at your house I will be sure to treat it with respect and be sure to take good care of your pet and follow the instructions you give me .

Madison is fantastic! My dog usually waits restlessly at the door and barks when it opens. But even though I was returning late from a three day trip, when I walked in this time she just trotted over like I’d interrupted her living room nap. It gave me such peace of mind knowing she was comfortable enough to take a long nap. Madison is also incredibly responsive and to the point.
This was my first time leaving my pup with somebody other than family and I was so nervous but Shannon went above and beyond to care for Gunner. She communicated with me the whole weekend which I so appreciated, shared photos and truly cared for Gunner as if he was her own. I am so grateful to have found such a wonderful sitter. I cannot recommend her enough! Being able to leave without worry is hard to come by (especially for me 🤪) and I felt comfortable and worry free my entire trip. Gunner can’t wait to see you again!
Melanie took amazing care of our pup, Harlow, while we were away! She went above and beyond to make sure Harlow was comfortable, happy, and well cared for. Harlow is very attached to us, so it meant so much that Melanie was able to make her feel comfortable and at ease while we were gone. She even took her on a hike! Melanie was also a great communicator and so easy to work with. She sent us lots of updates and photos throughout our stay, which gave us such peace of mind. We came home to a clean house and a very happy dog! We couldn’t recommend Melanie more and would absolutely have her watch Harlow again!

Fantastic care for our Dog and home. She house sat for us over labor day weekend. The home was in good order and out little boy looked happy and well cared for. Provided lots of great pictures and updates everyday. Was able to handle our 65lbs boy that is quite reactive and pulls on the leash. Had no concerns and full piece of mind on our trip. Saphir was an amazing sitter for our two cats! We've had a lot of Rover sitters in the past, but Saphir was by far the most organized and professional. This was really comforting in the meet and greet, and played out beautifully while we were away.
