This was the first time we've ever had a sitter stay in our home, and Saunie made us feel so secure throughout the entire process and treated our home and three animals with such care and respect. On top of that, we have a new, 3.5 month old puppy we just brought home and Saunie did such an excellent job working around the pup's potty needs, and helping us enforce crate training. She provided daily updates with photos, immediately reached out with any questions, and diligently stayed on top of all of the details we shared about caring for our 2 dogs and 1 cat. We returned to a clean house, and all of our fur babies seemed so happy and relaxed. I attribute this wholeheartedly to the level of care Saunie provided for them! It meant so much for us to know our pets were able to remain in their own home, have their normal routine largely undisturbed, and be so well-cared for by Saunie. We will definitely be looking to re-book with Saunie for any of our future pet care needs!”

Aside from daily updates and photos, she made sure to give our girl a little extra TLC. Our pup currently has an issue with her leg, and India made sure she was safe and comfortable the whole time we were gone! We’re both high anxiety parents (with an equally anxious dog), and not once did we feel any worry about being out of town! Also - India left our apartment *cleaner* than we left it! Jazmyne was great! It was our first time using Rover and we were really nervous about leaving our dogs with someone, but as soon as we met her we felt safe with her taking care of our dogs. She's super communicative and sent lots of pictures. Next time we use Rover we will absolutely be scheduling with her again.
Kathleen is wonderful! She is so caring and gives each of our three pets the individual attention they need. She had some great tips for some challenges we were having with our dogs after spending the week with them and had no trouble giving our sassy cat medicine. This is the third time she’s stayed at our house to care for them and we are so glad we found her!
Tiffany was very communicative even though she stayed with my dog for one night. She consistently sent photos and was transparent with questions/concerns during her stay. She even went out of her way to meet me at my home and my pet before staying overnight on her own. This put my mind at ease, being able to give her a quick tour and let her know where my dog's things were and how their daily routine is conducted :)
Caitlyn was absolutely fantastic with our two Golden Retrievers! She kept us updated with messages and photos, which gave us complete peace of mind while we were away. One of our Goldens ended up needing some unexpected, last-minute special care, and Caitlyn handled everything without hesitation. She was attentive, compassionate, and communicated with us every step of the way, making what could have been a stressful situation much easier. This was my first time using rover for my dog and Stephany was so wonderful! She administered medication for my ten year old dog and took such good care of her and our home. She provided updates and pictures which we loved!! We will definitely be using these services in the future!
Maya and Jonathan were amazing! They took care of our cats and dogs, including our elderly kitty who is sick and needs medicine. Lizbeth was able to watch our dogs again on short notice for a holiday weekend and, again, was the epitome of professional. It is so nice knowing someone is caring for them so well at home and we don’t have to send them somewhere out of their comfort zone to be boarded. We feel so lucky to have found Shelia!!
Garrett watched my dog, Cooper, on short notice as I headed out of town for an extended weekend. He showed up to the meet and greet that I had to schedule only mere hours before catching my flight, got along well with Coop, and took great care of him throughout the stay. I received pictures and updates at a regular cadence, and Cooper was acting his happy self upon my return. He enjoyed his time spent with Garrett! My home was also left in great shape! I would definitely have Garrett sit in my space with Cooper again.
