About: I’ve lived with and cared for all types of dogs and cats since I was a young child. I care for friends and family member’s pets throughout the years. My family and I love animals and are dedicated to providing a caring and fun environment for your pet. I work from home and have plenty of time to walk and play with pups. We love our pups and kitty and walk Mollie and Hollie at least a mile everyday. We have a large park with a lake full of interesting smells for pups to explore. We are used to dietary restrictions and can adapt to any personality. You can drop your pet off and relax knowing they are cared for by a loving family. I currently work from home so I have plenty of time to take multiple walks a day and play in the yard with your pup. We feed our animals in the morning and evening and we all snuggle together on the bed at night. I have a fenced in yard and a dog door so your pup may go in and out as often as they like. Some pups can’t figure out the dog door so I am here to let them in and out as needed. We take at least one long walk a day and play fetch in the yard. Pups are welcomed to sleep in our room if they are more comfortable there.

I truly understand what it takes to love and care for dogs at every phase of life. In addition to years of hands-on experience with dogs of all sizes, ages, and personalities, I grew up participating in 4-H where I raised and cared for a wide variety of animals. Because of that, I’m comfortable working with many different species including dogs, cats, rabbits, guinea pigs, reptiles, and more. Being surrounded by animals from a young age taught me responsibility, patience, and how to tune into each animal’s unique needs. I have experience with everything from energetic puppies to senior dogs and end-of-life care, and I approach every pet with the same level of compassion and attentiveness. I’m confident in puppy training, crate training, leash manners, basic obedience, administering medications, grooming basics, and creating a calm, safe environment where pets feel secure and loved. I am especially experienced in boarding dachshunds and other small dogs, and I am very cognizant about caring for special needs, such as medical needs or preventing injuries. Dogs in my care are always supervised, and I’m intentional about keeping playtime positive and stress-free. I’m careful about dog introductions and make sure every pup has space to relax, nap, and decompress. As a future PA, I’m detail-oriented, responsible, and attentive, including with medications, routines, and monitoring for any changes.
