“While away on vacation, Mitch did an incredible job of watching over our four dogs as well as our home. From our initial meet-and-greet, you can tell that dogs love him. Even our skittish Pippin and Remi responded to him almost immediately. We felt they were in great hands which gave us much comfort being out of the country and he communicated with us daily through texts and pictures. The house was spotless and well cared for when we returned. Thanks to his care, Mitch is now our "go to" sitter!”

“Sarah was a joy to work with. She house-sat and cared for our dog while we were out of town for an extended period. We maintained regular contact throughout our trip and heard updates about our pup twice per day. She even was willing to try to brush his teeth (not always an easy feat!) so that his routine stayed the same as usual. Regarding our home, it felt cleaner when returned than we had left it. It was clear that Sarah was caring for our dog and home well while we were gone, which was such a comfort during our trip. We definitely recommend her!”

We were out of the country with an 8 hour time difference for a week and he was very attentive to messages and sending videos so we felt connected the entire trip. Heather was so understanding, kind, caring , compassionate and thoughtful, from the meet and greet to her coming over early so Daisy didn’t have to be alone when we left her to the check ins letting us know she was doing great. I can’t thank Heather enough for how incredible she was to our girl. She was even able to get her to eat , which she normally doesn’t do for 24 hours. I have had pretty bad luck finding sitters on Rover and it is incredible to have found someone who is reliable and who loves your dog as much as you do. Thank you Heather for taking such amazing care of our girl and our home- I don’t know the last time we took a trip and got to enjoy it knowing our girl was safe and loved. “Kyla and Steven stayed at hour house for two nights to care for our two black lab mixes. They are pretty anxious dogs who crave being around people so it is important that they are not left alone for hours on end. I was very nervous after not having a great experience with our last sitters. I so appreciated their TOP QUALITY care! Not only did they read my instructions and follow them to a tee (watering plants and picking up poop, etc.), they prioritized making sure my doggies felt safe and comfortable. They sent frequent pictures and updates. I highly recommend booking Kyla and Steven to take care of your pets. After we returned, we resumed our lives and my dogs showed no unusual signs of anxiety in the following days - which tells me that they felt like they were in good hands with this sweet couple and the transition was seamless.
