About: I’ve been an animal lover my whole life and grew up with a cat, so caring for pets has always come naturally to me. Over the years, I’ve gained experience dog sitting a variety of breeds, including high-energy Australian Shepherds as well as many other types of dogs with different needs and personalities. I’ve also spent time as a foster dog mom, caring for dogs ranging from small Chihuahuas to large Great Pyrenees. My schedule is 100% flexible so I can easily adapt to the needs of your pet! My schedule allows me to be consistent with feeding times, walks, and check-ins throughout the day. I focus on keeping each pet’s routine as consistent and stress-free as possible, whether I’m caring for them in my home or theirs. In a client’s home, I make sure to follow all instructions closely - feeding schedules, walks, playtime, medications if needed - and keep their environment calm and familiar. I’m very respectful of your space and aim to maintain your pet’s normal routine so they feel comfortable while you’re away.

About: I’ve grown up with dogs my entire life, which has given me extensive experience in caring for them. In addition, I’ve volunteered at the Aurora Animal Shelter and the Animal Friends Alliance in Fort Collins, CO. At the Animal Friends Alliance, I received specialized training to work with "purple" dogs—those who are mildly reactive, easily overstimulated, difficult to manage, or have bad manners. This experience has given me the skills to work with dogs that require a little extra care, and I’m more than capable of handling them! I also have experience administering medication to dogs! I currently work full-time for an event company, so most days I will be gone for up to 8 hours. I primarily work in the evenings, which means I’m available to care for your pet during the day and can return at night just in time to cuddle with them as we sleep. However, if you're looking for all-day care, my days off are Monday and Tuesday! When caring for a client's pet, I make sure to follow any instructions provided to the letter. I understand that the client knows their pet best, and adhering to their guidance ensures the pet is as comfortable as possible while their owner is away and helps keep the client satisfied with my care. If no specific instructions are given, and I have any questions regarding the pet’s needs, I will reach out to the client for clarification. This ensures I create a safe and comfortable environment for both myself and the pet I’m looking after.

About: Hey there! I’m new to Rover, but definitely not new to dog and cat care! I worked at Earthdog Denver for two years, a local dog daycare in the Baker neighborhood. If your dog comes to daycare or grooming there, I probably already know them! I can also give your dog baths and nail trims. If your cat won’t get too stressed, I can trim their claws too :) If you have other pets (rabbits, hedgehogs, chickens, lizards, etc) I’m comfortable taking care of them, too. I even sit for a miniature horse on occasion. Let me know what kind of animals you need taken care of! I am off work Sat, Suns, and Wednesdays, but I do have most mornings available for quick walks/drop ins. I’m flexible now that I have a car! I cannot care for dogs or cats at my place because I have kitties who wouldn’t appreciate the company! 😅 If you have a caged animal (hedgehog, bird, lizard, etc) I’m more than happy to keep them closed off in my bathroom, or just check in on them at your place if you’d prefer that. My cats have lived with a hedgehog and a gecko so they’re used to small critters.

About: After taking a Rover hiatus, we are back and ready to provide house sitting and/or drop in visits/care. Both Farhad and Jen have years of experience with dogs, cats, birds, fish, and many different farm animals. We will care for your pets consistently and safely. We are happy to try to accommodate any routines that will help your pets be comfortable. In addition to being life long pet parents, Jen fostered for a local animal shelters, and we babysat service dogs in training. We also have lots of experience with indoor and outdoor plants, gardens, both personally and as WWOOF volunteers. We are happy to help keep your green babies alive in your absence. We both have flexible schedules and regularly work from home, so we can easily accommodate pet needs any time of day. Please inquire about any special requests. “Nicole did such an excellent job with my two girls while I was away for Christmas. She made sure to come over on time for our scheduled drop ins and the very few times she was running late, she made sure to text me that she was only a few minutes behind. Nicole always kept me updated and my two dogs loved having her around, I could just tell through the photos they were very loved and well cared for when I was away. I especially appreciated that my main request of ensuring the dogs got at least 30 minute walks twice a day was fulfilled and most days Nicole would even go above and beyond with walking them longer than 30 minutes. This was my first time ever using Rover and Nicole made it such an easy, enjoyable, and trustworthy experience. I will certainly use her services again in the future and highly recommend her to anyone!”
