“Saunie was really wonderful and considerate during her visits! Something that really stood out and meant a lot to me was the fact that she took into account the weather and our mini-Aussie’s double coat whenever she would take him out for walks :) he is one to overheat quickly, so Saunie gave him his longer walks in the evening. This was our pup’s first time with a pet sitter so Saunie’s detailed updates and pictures were very appreciated as well. Will most likely be booking with her again. Thank you, Saunie! :)”

“Nicole did such an excellent job with my two girls while I was away for Christmas. She made sure to come over on time for our scheduled drop ins and the very few times she was running late, she made sure to text me that she was only a few minutes behind. Nicole always kept me updated and my two dogs loved having her around, I could just tell through the photos they were very loved and well cared for when I was away. I especially appreciated that my main request of ensuring the dogs got at least 30 minute walks twice a day was fulfilled and most days Nicole would even go above and beyond with walking them longer than 30 minutes. This was my first time ever using Rover and Nicole made it such an easy, enjoyable, and trustworthy experience. I will certainly use her services again in the future and highly recommend her to anyone!”

Holli was very responsive and communicative throughout the duration of the reservation. She made sure to give our two cats plenty of love and attention. She also went above and beyond when our cats were not being ideal pets. In one instance, our cat peed on our Christmas tree skirt. Holli communicated the issue was was so nice to wash the tree skirt. Another instance one of our cats threw up on our carpet. Holli let us know and cleaned up the carpet. It was like nothing was happened! Thank you Holli!”
