The pictures and updates were very thorough and it was so easy to communicate with her. I had forgotten to leave out cleaning instructions in case Norm got sick, but she was very proactive and used her best judgement to clean it up. I really appreciated her not just leaving it even when she wasn't able to reach me right away. We are so excited to have found Sauni and will be rebooking her next month!”

She made sure to come over on time for our scheduled drop ins and the very few times she was running late, she made sure to text me that she was only a few minutes behind. Nicole always kept me updated and my two dogs loved having her around, I could just tell through the photos they were very loved and well cared for when I was away. I especially appreciated that my main request of ensuring the dogs got at least 30 minute walks twice a day was fulfilled and most days Nicole would even go above and beyond with walking them longer than 30 minutes. This was my first time ever using Rover and Nicole made it such an easy, enjoyable, and trustworthy experience.
