About: I’ve grown up with dogs my entire life, which has given me extensive experience in caring for them. In addition, I’ve volunteered at the Aurora Animal Shelter and the Animal Friends Alliance in Fort Collins, CO. At the Animal Friends Alliance, I received specialized training to work with "purple" dogs—those who are mildly reactive, easily overstimulated, difficult to manage, or have bad manners. This experience has given me the skills to work with dogs that require a little extra care, and I’m more than capable of handling them! I also have experience administering medication to dogs! I currently work full-time for an event company, so most days I will be gone for up to 8 hours. I primarily work in the evenings, which means I’m available to care for your pet during the day and can return at night just in time to cuddle with them as we sleep. However, if you're looking for all-day care, my days off are Monday and Tuesday! When caring for a client's pet, I make sure to follow any instructions provided to the letter. I understand that the client knows their pet best, and adhering to their guidance ensures the pet is as comfortable as possible while their owner is away and helps keep the client satisfied with my care. If no specific instructions are given, and I have any questions regarding the pet’s needs, I will reach out to the client for clarification. This ensures I create a safe and comfortable environment for both myself and the pet I’m looking after.

I previously worked at a doggy day care, dog grooming for petsmart and private salons, and foster all kinds of animals. I've spent most my life caring for animals and nothing makes me happier. I have owned all sorts of animals from snakes to hedgehogs to cats to stick-bugs. I have a love and respect for all creatures and want nothing more than to be surrounded by animals any chance I can get. I am personally at my happiest when I'm around some sort of animal. I can't have a dog myself and would love to spoil someones pooch as if they're my own. I'm excited to meet all my new furry friends on Rover. Available all days but Sunday’s and Monday's. Recently moved to Colorado and would like to hang out with some furry friends while I adjust 🐾 I believe safety and trust and the top two most important things when working with animals (and pet parents). With my previous training in working with dogs I am familiar with all sorts of safety measures to keep both pets and I safe! From safe handling to experience in crate training and muzzles for walking, I'm familiar and confident in doing what it takes to set up your pet for success! Not only do I have the skill set of keeping animals in my care safe, i am also dedicated to building trust with pet parents. I am communicative and follow instructions well. I love providing updates while I'm caring for pets, especially pictures of all the fun we're up to. I do what I can to ensure everyone feels nothing but secure while I have their babies in my care! I understand the importance of medication, diet, and training! Each pet is different and I am willing and able to meet your pets individual needs.

About: I have experience with all age groups. I love to spoil them. My husband has said that dogs can sense a dog lover. All dogs need love. We do not have any pets right now and I miss them terribly. Our dogs were spoiled with love. I currently work full time, usually swing shift (2:00-12:30) a vacation relief line with my job. I will have my husband available for support since he is retired. I/we have a big fenced in back yard so they can run around and play. There are plenty of toys for your kiddos to enjoy.

I’ve even fostered dogs who just needed a loving home to learn how to trust again before moving on to their forever homes. The comfort and companionship is what I love! I currently work from home so your pup will be provided with round the clock care and attention. I am not tied to my desk so I have the ability to take walks and truly spend time with your pup. I have a fenced yard and my own super friendly black lab. Your pup will get all of the attention and playtime they need at my home.
