Holli was very responsive and communicative throughout the duration of the reservation. She made sure to give our two cats plenty of love and attention. She also went above and beyond when our cats were not being ideal pets. In one instance, our cat peed on our Christmas tree skirt. Holli communicated the issue was was so nice to wash the tree skirt.
