About: Hello! I'm Mimi, a former corporate communications professional turned full-time animal nanny. I have been around animals my whole life and previously owned mini dachshunds, Doodles and Wesley. I also grew up with a rescued barn cat who I had a special relationship with. I am very comfortable with both cats and dogs and love working to earn their trust. I am also a horse owner and find that cats and horses have very similar ways of communicating and make you work for their trust and like to test boundaries! I enjoy the challenge of non-verbal communication and I also have special skills in pet massage! No formal massage training but I have learned a lot from having my own dogs and horse. I am extremely responsible and gentle especially as I'm getting to know new animals. Safety and protection for your pet is my number one. I'm very detailed and will follow instructions and preferences for how your pet is cared for. I am available for drop-in potty break visits for cats and dogs, dog walking, as well as over night house sitting for the right clients. I'm excited to be part of the Rover network and connect with neighbors in my surrounding area of SE Aurora and Centennial. I am also open to other south metro areas based on your needs and my schedule/availability. I am doing pet/house sitting full-time and spend most of my free time with my horse in Parker. I enjoy being outdoors especially in the cooler months! I also enjoy doing yoga and spending time with close friends and family. I do not have any pets in my home at this time so I am open to keeping a small dog at my home for boarding - will discuss with clients as needed.

About: I have been a lover of dogs since I was a child. I relate well to dogs and they respond well to my positive energy and genuine interest in getting to know them. I have a caring and empathetic approach, whether doing a visit at your home, or taking your dog out for a walk. I won't just give them a bathroom break, I understand that your pooch needs to get some stimulation and exercise, and I also will also allow them to explore along the way, sniff things of interest and take their time. I feel like being tuned into your dog's needs and sensitivities goes a long way towards me having a good relationship with them and providing the best care possible. I work part time from home and have plenty of flexibility in my schedule. I am available during the week M-F any time between 7am - 8pm I am happy to work with whatever setup you have in your home. I can uncrate and crate your dog before and after my visit if you prefer, or make sure they are behind a gate before I leave if necessary. I can let your dog out into your yard and play with them, or take them for a leashed walk around your neighborhood.

About: I’ve cared for animals at every stage of life, from energetic puppies to senior pets needing extra patience and support. I also have experience caring for special needs animals, including administering medications and following detailed care routines. What sets me apart is my lifelong experience with a wide variety of animals, including dogs, cats, rabbits, birds, fish, turtles, sugar gliders, and hedgehogs. I also have experience showing and training show dogs and showing rabbits, which taught me how to read animal behavior, build trust, and provide attentive care tailored to each pet’s unique personality and needs. I genuinely love spending time with animals and treat every pet like they’re my own. I work from home, which gives me plenty of flexibility to incorporate pet care into my daily routine. When house sitting, I’m able to work from your home, so I can be present with your pet throughout the day and provide regular potty breaks, walks, playtime, feedings, and companionship while keeping their normal routine as consistent as possible. I also offer dog boarding and daycare in my home for dogs who are potty trained and comfortable living alongside cats. Because I work remotely, I’m home throughout most of the day and can provide plenty of attention, supervision, and care during their stay. While I occasionally have meetings or appointments, I plan my schedule around the pets in my care to make sure they receive the attention, exercise, and companionship they need. Whether I’m caring for pets in my home or yours, my priority is making sure they feel safe, comfortable, and well cared for while maintaining their normal routine as closely as possible. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I carefully follow all instructions regarding feeding, medications, walks, potty schedules, exercise, and household routines. I understand the trust involved in having someone care for both your pets and your home, and I treat both with the utmost respect and care. For boarding and daycare in my home, I provide a comfortable, supervised environment where dogs can relax, play, and get plenty of attention throughout the day. I work from home, so I’m able to be present and provide regular potty breaks, walks, playtime, and companionship. I do have cats in my home, so I only accept dogs who are comfortable and safe around cats and are fully potty trained. No matter where care takes place, I’m attentive to each pet’s individual personality and needs, prioritize their safety, and make sure they receive plenty of affection, companionship, and supervision.

About: Ive been around animals my entire life. Growing up with cats, dogs, and other small animals. Animals will always be what my life revolves around! I have 2 1/2 years of veterinary experience. Knowing all the signs of illness, body language, and when something may be off with your pet. This also means I am very experienced in providing care to pets with special instructions. Administering medication, oral or injections, is no issue! I own 2 very high energy pups. A Border Collie and a German Shepherd, both mixed with Husky! I have put a significant amount of time into training them both. I am very comfortable up keeping training, teaching leash manners, and training basic commands. Aside from cats and dogs, I also have plenty of experience with small animals. I've owned rats, bunnies, guinea pigs, and currently own ferrets! I have always been the first to call when family or friends need a hand taking care of their furry family members. I truly love every animal like they're my own. I am a stay at home wife with my 2 high energy dogs. Recently moving from NC to CO due to my husband going into the Military. Every morning, I wake up to care for my pups. Due to having 2 dogs that are not heat tolerant, our outside time is limited during the summer. Instead, they get plenty of enrichment and training time indoors to tire out their minds! During the winter, my pups come with me on many hikes. I also spend a lot of time with my 2 ferrets. Setting up their room full of enrichment. Due to their old age, after about an hour they're right back to sleep! I am extremely understanding when it comes to special instructions for your pets! Whether it be medication, or just a silly quirk they may have. I am always willing to help upkeep training, teach your pup some leash manners or even some basic commands! I love specific instructions, as this helps keep your babies comfortable in their routine. Long playtimes, snuggles and treats are my favorite! I'll always remember your babies favorite treats, toys and scratch spot.

“Nicole did such an excellent job with my two girls while I was away for Christmas. She made sure to come over on time for our scheduled drop ins and the very few times she was running late, she made sure to text me that she was only a few minutes behind. Nicole always kept me updated and my two dogs loved having her around, I could just tell through the photos they were very loved and well cared for when I was away. I especially appreciated that my main request of ensuring the dogs got at least 30 minute walks twice a day was fulfilled and most days Nicole would even go above and beyond with walking them longer than 30 minutes. This was my first time ever using Rover and Nicole made it such an easy, enjoyable, and trustworthy experience. I will certainly use her services again in the future and highly recommend her to anyone!”
