Senior & special needs pet carer
I have lived with cats my whole life. As an adult, I have had cats and dogs. Within the last twenty years, I have adopted several senior and special needs cats and four Great Pyrenees. I have experience providing meds, subcutaneous fluids, and nebulizers. I am experienced with giant breed dogs and understand specific the Pyr personality. I can cuddle kitties with the best of them. But I also know those who want only to have their needs met and then leave them be.

Absolutely fantastic sitter! So responsive, sends lots of detailed updates and photos, and was so considerate to meet up beforehand! Sara also did an amazing job managing my dog’s anxiety—I’ve already recommended her to several friends!
Marshmallow had a wonderful time during her stay. She was very well cared for. I would love to go back to her for our future visits.
Sara was great with our pup (Cece). She did lots of activities with Cece and made sure she felt right at home. All of the pics and updates were very much appreciated so we didn’t have to worry about her at all.
Me and my boyz absolutely luv Sara! I think they prefer her... or maybe they are just pouting when i come home. Grin.
She is flexible with drop off and pickup time which helped us alot. Also her relaxed demeanor is great for senior dogs!
Sara took amazing care of our dog while we were out of town. She sent frequent updates and pictures. I'm pretty sure Sara spoiled her as much, if not more than, we do! We will definitely be using Sara again!

Schedule
I am recently retired so I have a pretty flexible schedule. I enjoy walks and running so I could use a canine companion. I have time to spend with pets to give them a little love and attention when you are away.

Safety, trust & environment
I have two very senior dogs at home experienced with interacting well with other dogs. I have a five foot fence and large backyard to play in or simply relax in. I have one cat with plenty of experience with dogs of all types. She tolerates them well but doesn’t let on how much she likes their company. My many seniors have given me plenty of experience with routine clean ups (yards and litter boxes) as well as the messiest of accidents. It’s important they have a safe and clean environment and that you should some home to that as well.
