Milan is very prompt with her communication and was conveniently available when I needed her. However, we had a bit of an issue when the app glitched and my care instructions weren't available, which I think could have been avoided if she had reviewed them earlier than right at the start of the scheduled walk time. Due to my job in emergency medicine, I wasn't available then, which meant she couldn't access my home to walk my dog at the arranged time. When we managed to fix the problem of missing care instructions, she still didn't follow them exactly, so my dog didn't get dinner until hours later when I arrived home. That said, I'm very grateful that she went out of her way to return after the incident to make sure my dog was taken care of.
I have used Milan’s services for the past 4 years. She is reliable, trustworthy, and great when it comes to communication about my pets. Highly recommend!

Schedule
Pet care fits easily into my routine because I have full availability. I’m able to plan my day around feeding, walks, and check-ins without rushing. I’m available on weekdays and weekends, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings. I make sure every pet gets enough attention, playtime, and care throughout the day. I also keep my schedule organized so I can give each pet my full attention.

I make sure pets are always safe, comfortable, and well cared for. In my home, I have a clean space, a big backyard, and I live right next to a park for walks and playtime. I have reptiles and one neutered male cat who gets along well with other animals. I follow all care instructions closely, including feeding routines and simple medications if needed. In a client’s home, I respect their space and keep everything the same as they left it. I also send updates with messages and photos, and I’m open to special request. Just message me!
