Serena was awesome and super flexible! She was extremely communicative and respectful through all of our correspondence. All my animals seem to love her and warm up fast to her, even my shy baby girl cat! She gave timely updates and was able to reassure us as over-worried parents. We had issues with our flights and she was super understanding and willing to work with us on short notice.
Shannon was able to help us on short notice and provided some of the best care we’ve witnessed. Shannon was extremely communicative and spent immense amounts of time walking, playing, and caring for Nori. We would highly recommend Shannon and will be contacting her in the future.
Kaitlin was a golden find! She is a Vet Tech, has great reviews, and extremely communicative. She came out for a meet and greet and then did an overnight in/house watching our pups. I just knew our boys were in good paws. She sent pics, kept us updated, and left our home neat and tidy. Will definitely hire again.
Santiago was a winner from the start! Prompt response, on time for the meet & greet, texted often, and sent pictures often. He took very good care of Bula! He also took the time to clean up the kitchen and the bedroom - even cleaned the sheets before he left. I felt very comfortable with him staying with Bula and will ask for him again in the future!
Raymond did an excellent job with housesitting our three dogs last minute, even though one of our dogs can be “a problem” and requires extra attention and care coordination, and another one has a seizure disorder that requires medicine. The dogs loved the walks, and Raymond was wonderful about keeping us updated with pictures and status reports. Our dogs usually exhibit stress behaviors when we are gone, but they apparently did very well in Raymond‘s care!
Emily was so good with our babies. They have some special requirements that made my husband and I feel nervous to leave them with someone they don't see a lot, but Emily really treated them like family. She sent pictures and videos throughout our time away. It really made me feel like we made the right choice!

Tess was fantastic. She was communicative, friendly, and clean throughout. She was amazing with both our cats and dog, and was even able to get our very very shy cat out and about eating and playing. We definitely recommend her, and will book again the next time we have a trip!

Dana was wonderful with our furbabies! This was our first time using Rover so admittedly I was a little nervous. I quickly grew comfortable with the many updates and photos that Dana sent while we were away. She was also willing to administer the many supplements and meds my older dog was on.
