“Saunie was a great cat-sitter. She was thorough with chores but patient and kind with our baby! Saunie seems to understand cats and knew just how to deal with our rather nervous and timid Rollo. We will definitely use Saunie again.”

“I am so grateful for Theanysla! She stepped in quickly when my original cat sitter has to cancel due to a family emergency. So professional and easy to work with! Terrific communication!”

“Renee was wonderful with our two cats! 🐾 This was our first time using her, and she did a great job caring for them while also being respectful of our home. Our cats are extremely shy and haven’t warmed up to her quite yet, but she was patient and did everything she could to make them comfortable. We’re so glad we found her, especially on such short notice! ❤️”

“We couldn't have asked for a better sitter! Allysha was phenomenal. Our work schedules were unpredictable and she was so patient, flexible and understanding through the last minute changes. We recommend her for any of your pet's needs. And definitely will be using her again if needed.”

“When I met her in person she was ten times better than I could have imagined from over the app. Her intake of Blue was very thorough, asking about health history, medications, feeding and bathroom schedule, how he was with other dogs, children, cats, and much more. The only person we will trust to walk our dogs.”

“Janyssa was amazing with Sadie! We kept changing how to access the house due to key issues and Janyssa handled it like a pro! It was so appreciative since we were scrambling on our end. We will definitely have her back!”

About: I have experience taking care of senior dogs, including administering medications and eye drops. I've also taken care of younger dogs and can keep up with high-energy puppies. I currently spend most of my time studying at home and taking care of your pet would be a wonderful break for me. I am available for in house boarding as well as coming over for regular walks. I completely understand the responsibility and trust needed to leave your fur babies and your home to someone else, and I will work hard to preserve that trust and take care of both. I will send regular updates so you can be at ease that things are going well.
“Lauren has been absolutely AMAZING! She sent detailed reports every visit with pictures and everything! We even forgot to feed our fish and she happily did that for us! This was our first experience with Rover and we were a bit nervous about having someone we don’t know in our home, but I’m so glad we did and chose Lauren! She’s trustable, kind, and LOVES our pups! We will definitely recommend her to everyone and are so happy we found someone to watch our pups!!! ♥️”
“Mrs Charlie did a great job caring for my outside dog, chickens, and bird while I was away. They were friendly, dependable, and sent plenty of pictures and updates that really put my mind at ease. They went above and beyond — even helping with a few things I forgot to mention. I really appreciate how flexible and helpful they were. Highly recommend and would definitely book again!”

“Sarah was very kind and good with my shy kitty. Its not often he comes out for pets with new people but he seemed to love Sarah! I highly recommend.”

“Victoria was so accommodating & communicative! I was super stressed about leaving my 2 cats for as long as we were but Victoria was very reassuring & went above & beyond to make sure my cats were well taken care of & that I was kept updated along the way!”

“Brenna was super helpful while I was out of town. She kept me updated on my dog’s digestive issues he was having that began after I left. She went above and beyond to make sure he was cared for in my absence. My dog had an accident between visits and she let me know immediately and provided the necessary care to my home so I came back with one less thing to worry about. This is my second time booking her and I feel even more confident that my dog is in good hands with her.”
“Once again Ashley was great with Bronson. This was a last minute request and she was prompt in responding. I highly recommend her for anyone that needs someone to care for there pet.”

“Jillian has been taking care of our animal family for over a year now. I love her flexibility and how attentive she is with our dogs. She really helped us through a hard time when one of our pets took the trip across the rainbow bridge. We couldn't do without her.”
“Maggie was great. She communicated well, sent photos, and kept to the schedule. She stopped in twice per day to clean litter boxes, feed the cats, provide fresh water, and play. Maggie even put treats in a food puzzle to keep the cats entertained long after she left. Maggie is fantastic to work with and we highly recommend her.”

“Thomas is THE MAN. Great dog sitter, trainer and awesome person, my GSD puppy Groot got taken care of. Groot is a happier dog when I come home. Thomas provided photos and a video of Groot. Straight up awesome. Definitely recommend Thomas to anyone, you won’t be disappointed.”

“We went to the last broncos game of the year and Breanna watched the big rotty. He was well taken care of and absolutely exhausted from the play he had. She also bathed him and cleaned out a bad ear we weren't aware of. Highly recommend her as a sitter/walker”

Micki took very good care of our little tuxedo cats while we were traveling abroad for the first time. Needless to say, I was a wreck with anxiety to leave them alone for so long, but her daily photos and updates soothed my worried nerves 😊 Our baby boy has very specific dietary needs and she happily adhered to all of them. We're so appreciative of her time and effort -- she's such a sweet, caring lady. ^.^ 💓 ^.^

We couldn't have asked for a better sitter! Allysha was phenomenal. Our work schedules were unpredictable and she was so patient, flexible and understanding through the last minute changes. We recommend her for any of your pet's needs. And definitely will be using her again if needed.

Sophia did a drop-in visit to check in on our two cats while we were away for the weekend. She was communicative, punctual, and friendly. She even spent extra time comforting our cat Ariel since it was thundering and she’s afraid of storms. Would happily ask Sophia back to watch our cats in the future!

Maggie was so wonderful ❤️ She took extra special care of our two precious kit kats 🐈⬛️🐈⬛️ Any time she had any questions or concerns she reached out promptly which was reassuring to know that our babies were getting what they needed. She was also really flexible and accommodating to our schedule when it came to meet and greet and pickup/drop-off of keys 🔑 We cant wait to book with her again 😍

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your cat, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.

Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
