Serena was amazing! She came for a mid-day visit while we were at work. Our dog gets nervous and shy and Serena was so patient with her. When our dog refused to go outside during her visit, she volunteered to come back later in the day to make sure she got a trip outside. On the return trip she was able to get her outside and even went above and beyond to bring in a package for us and clean up after the dog. She was very communicative and responsive. Thank you Serena!
Serena was able to help us out the past couple days with very short notice! We use her regularly and she is still amazing!
