Brianne was amazing! Our two pups were very well tended to and cared for, as well as our house and two cats. Brianne was super communicative, sent plenty of pictures, and did a great job sticking to our dogs’ routine and making sure they were comfortable while we were away. This was our first time using Rover and we truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Edrisa was absolutely wonderful. Our Westie has some separation anxiety so we’re trying to get him comfortable with new people. She had him warmed up to her within a day. Edrisa’s updates and photos throughout the day let me enjoy vacation knowing he was in such great hands. We came home to a clean house exactly as we left it. Jana is absolutely amazing! She made sure all of my dogs were not stressed while we were away! Sent pictures, where it showed that were comfortable and happy. I was very nervous leaving them, but Jana did such an amazing job! I don't travel a lot because of the dogs, but now I feel better about leaving them a few days because I will contact Jana again!
Elizabeth is the best! She watched our cat Panda and our dog Marley and was so attentive and kind. She followed our special care instructions (our cat needs medicine and our dog can’t use stairs). She communicated when she would arrive and leave and sent plenty of updates! Overall I was beyond happy and felt at ease while being away. She is really the best 😊
