About: I have had an interest in animals since before I could walk. Growing up watching animal planet over cartoons, I have always been fascinated by creatures of all shapes and sizes. From studying veterinary science, to volunteering at an animal shelter, to working at pet stores, and even reading current veterinary magazines and articles, I strive to continue my passion and involvement with animals. I have experience with complex feeding routines, medication application, as well as behavioral knowledge that I can apply to animals I care for. About: I grew up with a house full or animals! Dogs, cats, rodents, and even a turtle! I started housesittng in middleschool and recently. I really fell in love with taking care of animals at a doggy day care for 2 years. And it showed me how important having someone come check on your babies and try to match their home routine is, when you go on vacation without them. Im comfortable administering medications and walking small to medium dogs. Walking large to giant dogs require an in-person meet and greet during their walking time to make sure were a good fit. I have the ability to work from home 3 days a week, so I'm around if needed. My weekend evenings can be busy; but taking care of your pets is my priority. Ill always make sure they get an extra potty walk, late night snacks, or overnight snuggles. I strive to match your daily schedule as best as I can so even though you arent home your babies can know their meals are on-time, and their routine is consistent. No one skips snuggles under my watch!

I also do walks, baths, and am comfortable administering oral and ear medication. I do freelance work from home so I am incredibly flexible. For overnights or extended stays, my laptop can easily travel with me. My deadlines are also flexible, so your fur babies come first! Pet safety is priority #1! I always use leashes, don't provide people food, and am the ultimate master of snatching escape artists. It's very important to me to follow and enforce house rules.

About: I have over 25 years of experience caring for animals of all kinds, with a primary focus on dogs and cats. I grew up around animals and have continued working with them throughout my adult life, both personally and professionally. I currently have a chihuahua/bulldog mix named Miiso, who I trained myself, as well as a speckled king snake named Olive (my favourite animals are females named after food). In addition to dogs and cats, I’ve cared for rodents, reptiles, amphibians, fish, and other exotic animals, so I’m comfortable following detailed care routines and respecting each animal’s unique needs. I’m extremely attentive, safety-focused, and naturally good at reading animal behavior, which helps me build trust quickly, even with shy or hesitant pets. I’m a self-employed artist and musician, which gives me a very flexible schedule and plenty of time to focus on pet care. Daily walks, feeding routines, check-ins, and quality time with animals fit naturally into my day. I care for pets as if they were my own, closely following their normal routines for feeding, exercise, and rest.
