“Grace has been so kind and accommodating with our little Luna! Even on days when our 11-year-old pup isn’t quite up for a walk, Grace still takes the time to bring her outside to a shady spot in the grass so she can enjoy some fresh air and the beautiful weather. We truly appreciate the extra care and attention she gives Luna”

About: I’m new to Rover, but I’ve always loved being around animals and have cared for pets for family and friends over the years. I know every pet has their own personality and routine, and I’m happy to follow whatever makes them feel most comfortable. I also have hands-on experience outside of that, including living with my previous roommate’s dog, fostering cats, and watching my friends’ pets. These experiences have helped me get comfortable with different personalities, routines, and making sure pets feel safe and cared for in a home environment. You can count on me to be reliable, patient, and treat your pet like they’re my own. Whether that’s going on walks, playing, sticking to their feeding schedule, or just giving them lots of attention, I’ll make sure they’re well cared for. I’ll also keep you updated with pictures and messages so you know how they’re doing while you’re away. I’m excited to meet new pets and earn your trust by providing safe, dependable care! My schedule is very flexible, so I’m able to accommodate walks, drop-ins, and pet sitting throughout the week and on weekends. I’m happy to work around your pet’s routine and any specific timing needs. Your pet’s safety and comfort are my top priority. I always make sure pets are in a secure, supervised environment whether we’re at home or out on a walk. I’m careful about leashes, doors, and following any specific instructions you provide to keep your pet safe at all times. I have a fenced-in yard and a porch, which gives pets a safe space to relax, play, and get fresh air while still being supervised. I understand how important trust is when someone is caring for your pet and in your home, so I’m respectful, responsible, and reliable. I’ll treat your space with care and keep everything clean and as you left it.
About: I have always had an easy time making friends with dogs and cats, I grew up with dogs and currently have 2 cats. Within the past 5 years I have looked after cats and dogs for friends and family. My schedule is very flexible, shoot me a message! I have a very flexible schedule that allows me to provide care even with short notice. I also have my own transportation to travel to wherever I need to be. I am a deeply compassionate individual and always treat pets and their homes with the respect and care they deserve. I am also an active individual and love ensuring that pets get the proper amount of activity and play time that they need.
“I’m grateful I found Caroline! She is attentive, responsible, and makes a point to ask exactly what she can do to ensure your dog is cared for. Definitely recommend her to all!”

About: I have a pet cat of my own, and have been pet sitting for family and friends for about 5 years. I love going for walks and runs, and it is so much more fun to have a furry friend join me! I am a grad student with a few weeks off for the summer, so I have an extremely flexible schedule and lots of availability. I can adapt to your needs for care! I am happy to fulfill any needs for your pet. I love taking animals for walks/runs that match their activity levels. I am also happy to provide any other services such as feeding, giving water, playing, etc.

About: Hi! My name is Rachel and I’ve lived in Denver for 6 years. I’ve grown up around dogs, cats, hamsters, etc. (6+ animals in my childhood household at any given time). I’ve loved animals for as long as I can remember and choose to surround myself around them whenever I can. I joined Rover so that I can fill my love tank for any and all types of animals. Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions! I work mostly remote, so my schedule is very flexible and I’d be able to make almost anytime in the day work to care for your pet. I’ll love your pet just as you do and will ensure their safety as if they were my own. Your pets safety is my top priority.
About: Hi! My name is Emily. I've been around dogs my whole life and grew up with a 140 lb German shepherd/husky named Waldo. Since then I have taken care of animals of friends, family and roommates. I have been an active sitter on Rover since 2020 and have experience with a variety of dogs with a variety of needs! I live in a house with my partner and only take dogs (or cats) from one family at a time. We love to go on long walks and hiking if your pup is capable! I have a fenced in patio so hanging out and sitting in the sun is also encouraged! I accept drop off and pick up times 7:00am-9:00pm I work part-time as a barista and go to school online! Since I only work part-time, I have plenty of time to walk, run, and play with your pets! I live with my partner in a house with a fenced in patio. We don't have any pets of our own. He helps me take care of the dogs when I'm at work and vice versa. Unfortunately, our yard isn't fenced in yet so I like to go on long walks every day with the dogs I care for and hike on the days when I have more free time in my day. If the dogs I'm watching are not very energetic, I like to chill and snuggle with them instead.

About: I grew up with dogs most all my life and Cats in my late teens and onwards I have a soft spot for senior dogs and can't get enough of them as they are just cuddle bugs. I'm willing to do most anything you need, nails, brushing, baths, medications. 🚩I work part-time downtown denver and only work about 4-8 hrs 3 to 4 times a week🚩 So I will have lots of time to give your pets the care and one on one they may need. I treat most pets like kids as they have big feelings and get excited just like we do about things. Just like people pets becoming scared or nervous so I give pet there time amd space to become comfortable with me being in there home and Space.
About: My husband and I were both raised with multiple dogs of varying sizes throughout our lives. Mostly with yorkshire terriers, bichon frises, labs, and collies. We have both done agility training with our dogs in the past & trained at home in basic tasks such as sit, stay, etc. I'm a therapist working from home Monday-Thursday & off Fridays. my partner Chris works in clinic Monday-Friday. Being around animals is a major form of self care for us, so we find it relaxing and fulfilling to care for these family members while you are away. We both have experience administering oral medication and watching special needs dogs as well. We work hard to build relationships with clients and their families in order to build a trusting bond with owners before and after caring for their pets. We also trade lodging for pet care on trusted house sitters as well & absolutely love it. I own my practice & am remote full time, I let my dog out every three hours, sometimes more often if I have less sessions. We have a beautiful reservoir we walk around every morning that’s about 1.75 miles round trip from our front door and back. We are home every few hours on weekends to let dogs out. Pets are allowed to roam throughout our townhome unless otherwise specified by the owner. Pets are allowed on all furniture. We have beard-friendly water bowls on each floor of our home. Our dog sushi is a good mixture of playful but can also be lazy & relaxed. Dogs can be let out hourly.

Morgan was fantastic! She asked thoughtful questions beforehand to make sure she understood all of Zorro's quirks, which gave me a lot of confidence that he was in great hands. She also took wonderful photos and wrote fun, detailed updates after their walk. I would absolutely book with her again when I come back to Denver and highly recommend her!

Caroline has been an amazing dog walker for Marvin. She’s always communicative, reliable, and consistently goes above and beyond to make sure he’s well taken care of. It’s clear she genuinely cares about the dogs she works with, and I always feel confident knowing Marvin is in great hands. One of the things I appreciate most is her flexibility. She’s been incredibly accommodating with my schedule, always willing to work with me when things change, and has been consistently dependable. She also sends lots of pictures after every walk, which I always enjoy, and I really appreciate how attentive she is to Marvin’s well-being, especially making sure his paws stay safe on hot days. The updates, attention to detail, and genuine care she puts into every visit give me complete peace of mind. I feel incredibly lucky to have found Caroline and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy, caring, flexible, and dependable dog walker. She has made a huge difference for both Marvin and me.

Ellen is wonderful and I have had a wonderful experience working with her to take care of my dog, Remington. She is very communicative from start to finish and I appreciate how reliable and thoughtful she is. It is clear that Remi is well cared for, happy, and comfortable with Ellen.

Emily is a constant joy to work with! She takes such good care of Tucker on his walks. She is always communicative, which is a must! Plus that lets me know that she values our time. She also gives very thorough report cards. You cannot go wrong having her walk/care for your fur baby!

Victoria is great with my dog and is a pleasure to work with. Very communicative and punctual. My dog adored her during our meet & greet and you can tell she has a genuine love and appreciation for animals. I plan to use Victoria's dog walking services again in the future.

Michaelah is wonderful. I’ve been using her as a sitter and walker for years and she’s always been professional, trustworthy, reliable and treated my dog like family. My dog is always thrilled to see her and super calm and happy after her visits. I can’t recommend her enough.

Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a walker. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your walker or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your walker questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and walkers on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
