“Grace has been so kind and accommodating with our little Luna! Even on days when our 11-year-old pup isn’t quite up for a walk, Grace still takes the time to bring her outside to a shady spot in the grass so she can enjoy some fresh air and the beautiful weather. We truly appreciate the extra care and attention she gives Luna”

“Joel is amazing with our big lab! He takes care to communicate and post photos of their adventures. I know Gus loves his time outside with this buddy! I'd highly recommend Joel's services. 🐾”

“Melina did wonderful with Willow; she warmed up to Melina almost immediately. Melina also provided plenty of updates with pictures so I was never worried about my little girl.”

“Mary is a very reliable pet sitter. We have used her twice now and each time she has shown great care for our animals in addition to her professionalism, friendliness, and respect.”

“I’m grateful I found Caroline! She is attentive, responsible, and makes a point to ask exactly what she can do to ensure your dog is cared for. Definitely recommend her to all!”

“Erik has walked my dog several times and I highly recommend him. He is very quick to respond to my last minute requests and he writes thoughtful report cards that make me smile and feel confident that my dog is in great hands.”

“Excellent caretaker for my fur baby. Linda is flexible with scheduling, prompt with responding and professional. Linda sends a picture of my dog from every walk and gives an update on how he is doing. This is most helpful and puts my worries at ease.”

“Taylor was so sweet, came and met odie beforehand to make sure he was comfortable, and immediately made us feel at ease taking care of Odie. Will absolutely be using Taylor again!”

About: Whether your pet enjoys long walks, playtime, cuddles, or simply having someone nearby to keep them company, I’m happy to provide the care they need! I understand that every pet is different, so I always do my best to follow their routine and make sure they feel comfortable, safe, and loved while you’re away 🫶 I work a hybrid schedule and typically finish work around 5:00 p.m. I have flexibility during my lunch break to stop by for walks or potty breaks on workdays. My evenings and early morning are open for walks, playtime, feeding, and check-ins, and I have additional availability on weekends. I do my best to be flexible and work with each pet owner’s schedule whenever possible. I take the time to learn each pet’s routine, personality, and any special instructions before providing care. I’ll make sure they have fresh water, meals on schedule, plenty of exercise, playtime, and lots of attention! I’m aware of surroundings and my biggest priority is keeping them safe.
“Iliana is so great with my pup! She is always on time, sends me photos and trustworthy in my home. My pups is timid at first but after a few weeks being walked by Iliana I can see how comfortable she has gotten with her by the look on her face in each photo!”

“Katie came with a last minute's notice since I was sick. She is friendly and great with communication. She was even willing to separate my pup's walk from another client's since my pup can be leash aggressive at times. Kira (my dog) came back smiling ear to ear. Katie managed to get in 2.5 miles in an hour, so Kira got enough exercise to hold her over until I could walk her today.”

“Mero went above and beyond this week. I could tell River was agitated on the puppy cam, but it was several hours before his daily walk. Mero popped over to check on him, letting him out and giving him some snuggles. I can tell River loves Mero and that makes me so happy when I have to be away for longer days. Thank you!”

“Samantha took great care of Poppy and we really appreciate her coming over and walking poppy, letting her run around outside and giving her treats”

About: Hi, I'm Grace! I grew up in Connecticut and have had two family labs my whole life. I began sitting at a young age, and have worked for Rover in Colorado for the past four years! I am a huge animal lover and if I could have a dog here in Eagle I would. I have experience with dogs of all sized and ages, from fostering St. Bernards to sitting two adorable three-month-old Cocker Spaniel puppies. I love the outdoors and staying fit, and I would love to keep your fur baby as healthy and as happy as I can! I will treat your dog with as much love and care as you give them and ensure a consistent, positive Rover experience. I currently work from home so I can be with your cat or dog for most of the day! I am also a pretty big home body so my priority will be hanging with them when I am sitting! I love staying fit so I usually like to take the dogs on walks 2-3 times a day. I also know that nourishment activities are incredibly important inside the home and love providing brain activities for animals!
About: I’ve been taking care of my neighbors cats and dogs since childhood, and then had a family dog as well. Now miss having one of my own and would love to give yours some love! I work remotely with a flexible schedule so I have time to walk and play with your pet, and can always stop by to feed them as well. I have a house with a large fenced-in yard. I’m very clean and organized so your pet will be safe with me, and so will your home.
“Jessica was incredible! She took great care of our pups and left a very detailed summary of her visit. She even went above and beyond with an intro call before her visit. We look forward to booking her again.”

Caroline has been an amazing dog walker for Marvin. She’s always communicative, reliable, and consistently goes above and beyond to make sure he’s well taken care of. It’s clear she genuinely cares about the dogs she works with, and I always feel confident knowing Marvin is in great hands. One of the things I appreciate most is her flexibility. She’s been incredibly accommodating with my schedule, always willing to work with me when things change, and has been consistently dependable. She also sends lots of pictures after every walk, which I always enjoy, and I really appreciate how attentive she is to Marvin’s well-being, especially making sure his paws stay safe on hot days. The updates, attention to detail, and genuine care she puts into every visit give me complete peace of mind. I feel incredibly lucky to have found Caroline and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy, caring, flexible, and dependable dog walker. She has made a huge difference for both Marvin and me.

Emily is a constant joy to work with! She takes such good care of Tucker on his walks. She is always communicative, which is a must! Plus that lets me know that she values our time. She also gives very thorough report cards. You cannot go wrong having her walk/care for your fur baby!

Michaelah is wonderful. I’ve been using her as a sitter and walker for years and she’s always been professional, trustworthy, reliable and treated my dog like family. My dog is always thrilled to see her and super calm and happy after her visits. I can’t recommend her enough.

Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a walker. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your walker or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your walker questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and walkers on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
