“Jed was very accommodating in being willing to do a meet and greet and then look after Val on short notice. He was additionally waiting in the driveway to take her in and waiting with her to to be picked up at the agreed upon drop off and pick up times. Definitely a good sitter!”
“Matt was awesome with my pup. He knows how to introduce new dogs to each other so they all get along. He sent photos everyday, including the day I dropped off my dog, which relieved a lot of my stress leaving my pup with a new sitter. I could tell my dog left happy and tired. I will definitely be using Matt in the future!”

“This was our first time ever boarding Aspen, and as nervous dog parents, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience with Jill. Aspen is an only child and can be a little needy and barky at times, and she definitely takes a while to warm up to new people. Before the stay, we asked if we could bring Aspen over briefly so she could meet Jill and get familiar with her and the environment. Jill was so kind and flexible in letting us do that, which gave both my partner and me so much peace of mind. To our surprise, Aspen warmed up to Jill and her yard immediately! Drop-off went smoothly, and throughout the weekend Jill took such great care of Aspen. She sent us photos and updates, which kept us in the loop and reassured us that our puppy was happy and doing well. She was also very flexible with pickup since we weren’t sure exactly when we’d be back in town, and that meant a lot. It was such a relief knowing our person-picky girl was in such good hands. We’re so grateful for the care and attention Jill gave Aspen and would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy, thoughtful dog sitter!”

“Lauren and Matt took great care of Comet and Eleanor, and provided plenty of pictures. They were very flexible as we were looking for a last minute sitter. We would absolutely book with them again! Highly recommend them to watch your dogs.”

The stay went very well due to the loving and caring of this couple and their patients and understanding with are 2 dogs. They sent photos and texted us information that helped make us feel good about the whole stay as it went. I would highly recommend them for the boarding of any and all dogs. They have a great relaxing and knowledgable demeanor that made us feel very comfortable with leaving are dogs in there care.”

“Tiffany was very communicative and kept me informed on how my kitties were doing during their stay! My shy cat seemed to enjoy herself a lot which is saying something!”

“Georgia took amazing care of our senior Labrador, we are so grateful! She sent lots of photos and kept us updated on Juno’s wellbeing, and clearly loved having her. This is the second time Georgia has looked after Juno for us and we won’t hesitate to book her again!”

“Sara was just simply amazing!!! She took great care of my fur babies, they were literally super sad about leaving her home and almost didn't wanna come back to theirs😂 She sent multiple pictures every single day and communication was great. I will definitely and without a doubt leave my babies back with her if I needed. Couldn’t recommend her enough :)”

“Lilly was absolutely amazing!! We had some big last minute changes and Lilly was extremely accommodating. Peanut had so much fun with her and Luna. I would definitely recommend Lilly and will rebook with her again!”

“Bruno had a great time! Jay sent me a photo of bruno playing with the dogs with a big smile on his face. When i picked him up, he didnt want to leave. Jay clearly has a passion for taking care of dogs. I plan on booking with him again.”

About: Hi! I’m a lifelong dog lover with 7+ years of hands-on experience caring for my own lab, Roxy, through every stage of life, from adulthood through her senior years. I also have experience supporting dogs with mobility challenges, including senior dogs, amputees, and dogs undergoing cancer treatment and chemotherapy. I’ve dog-sat a variety of breeds and personalities, from energetic dogs like Australian Shepherds and Corgis to laid-back companions like Pugs and French Bulldogs. I understand that every dog has different exercise, enrichment, and comfort needs, and I tailor care accordingly. Your dog will stay in our spacious single family home with access to a semi-fenced backyard and plenty of room to relax. I work from home, so I’m able to provide frequent potty breaks, walks, supervision, and companionship throughout the day. I’m comfortable administering oral medications and monitoring senior or medically complex dogs. Having cared for Roxy through cancer treatment, including oral chemotherapy, I understand the importance of patience, consistency, and close attention to changes in behavior, appetite, and energy levels. I intentionally host only one client’s dog(s) at a time so they receive plenty of individual attention and care. Your pup will have the company of two dog-loving adults in the home, no other animals and no children. Whether your dog is an energetic adventure buddy, a couch cuddler, or needs a little extra support in their senior years, I’ll do my best to make them feel safe, comfortable, and loved while you’re away. Looking forward to meeting your pup! 🐾 I work from home full-time, which allows me to provide regular supervision, potty breaks, walks, and companionship throughout the day. Because I only host one client’s dog(s) at a time, your pup receives plenty of attention and care rather than being one of many dogs in a busy boarding environment. My schedule is flexible, making it easy to accommodate your dog’s normal routine. Your dog will stay in our spacious 2,400 sq ft home with access to a semi-fenced backyard, many nearby walking trails/dog parks, and plenty of indoor space to relax. There are two dog-loving adults in the home and no children. I have over 7 years of experience caring for dogs, including senior dogs, amputees, and dogs undergoing cancer treatment and chemotherapy. I’m comfortable administering oral medications, monitoring behavior and appetite, and adapting care to your dog’s individual needs. For safety and personalized attention, I only accept one client booking at a time.

About: Hi! I’m a reliable, animal-loving sitter with a genuine passion for caring for pets like they’re my own. I have two dogs at home, so daily walks, feeding routines, playtime, and lots of love are already a big part of my everyday life. I understand how important it is to trust someone with your pets, and I take that responsibility seriously. Because I have hands-on experience with my own dogs, I’m comfortable with different temperaments, energy levels, and routines. Whether your pup needs long walks, extra playtime, or just some cozy companionship, I’m happy to adjust to their needs. I also live with my boyfriend, so there are always two attentive and caring people in the home. With our cat's history of separation anxiety, we could tell when we got home that she was well cared for and comfortable. Alyssa's fantastic and absolutely someone you can trust your pets with.”

About: Stay at home doggie dad. Love all pets but dogs are the best. They are our kids and they are spoiled just like a that. They are the only thing we think about. Morning, noon or night they are by our side. Our babies. Never physical punishment but they do get time outs in their kennels if they have been misbehaving. We have a very open floor plan in the house which they run around and the back door is always open for them to come in and out. The back yard is very large with trees and shrubs that they play in and around. It is a fully fenced six foot enclosed yard with plenty of room to roam or run. Last of all no neighbor dogs to annoy them.

“Taylor was awesome w my cat Otis. She would give me peace of mind by sending me pictures of him relaxing or playing w her. As a worried cat owner having someone stop by gave me to take peace of mind that he was safe and being loved. I will be utilizing Taylor as much as possible for future trips since she did such an amazing job making sure Otis was happy. She was even able to stop by before my trip and do a quick walk through w directions on how to get in, etc. I highly recommend Taylor and her services!”

About: I’ve had dogs in my life for as long as I can remember, and I can’t imagine a home without them. I currently have a sweet 40-lb red heeler who loves making new friends! Dogs are welcome on the furniture, and I’m comfortable using a crate if that’s part of their routine. I’m also open to hosting more than one guest dog at a time, so your pup will never feel lonely. I’m active and love to stay busy, so you can count on plenty of exercise, attention, and care. I have a hybrid schedule between the office and WFH. I work from home the majority of the week allowing me to keep your dog company. Whether it’s playtime in my fully fenced yard, long walks to the nearby park, or just plenty of snuggles on the couch, I make sure every pup feels happy, safe, and loved.
“Paige was awesome! She's highly communicative and responsive, and sent tons of great pics of my pup during the day. She also knew I was a nervous mom on the first visit, and she made sure I felt comfortable and that my dog was safe with her, including being sure I was okay with other dogs visiting during the day. Most importantly, my dog liked her, which can be a bit of a feat. Hope to schedule many more visits!”

“Eric did a fantastic job watching my pup this past week on short notice while I was at work. He was very responsive and helpful, and made sure to send pictures here and there throughout the day. My pup came home happy and well looked after, and I could not be more grateful. We will definitely be back!”

About: My name is Gage. I have lived in Colorado for about 12 years now. I have owned pets in my family my whole life. I watch all of my friends dogs when they go out of town. I figured I might as well do it for other people as well. I need to have a job that I can make my own schedule so this works perfectly! I own a couple of businesses so I work from home everyday. I live in a house that is very clean and there are areas around the house for the animals to be taken on walks! I also have a fenced in backyard! I have a very flexible schedule and can work with you if needed. Just make sure you give me some notice before making schedule changes. I do have a cat in the house that is great with dogs! Just a heads up just in case your dog doesn’t do good with cats! I’m looking forward to meeting you & your puppy :) I’m self employed, so I create my own schedule. I’m very flexible and can provide the attention your animal deserves! Our neighborhood is very pet friendly, so it makes regular walks a breeze! I can provide the same care at my home as I could at any clients home! If the client would like me to provide care at their home then we would discuss it and make it happen. I’m flexible for all options!
About: Hi! I’m a lifelong dog lover with over 15 years of dog sitting experience. Whether it’s for friends, family, or Rover clients - I sincerely enjoy providing peace of mind to pet parents and the highest quality care for dogs. It's been a while since I've been active on Rover and I’m not sure how my rating is so low. Perhaps it’s from a boarding booking I completed in San Diego. I naively accepted this booking without a meet & greet. The owner was not forthcoming about her senior dog’s cognitive functioning, and additionally the little dude had diarrhea 30 minutes after drop off, and continued relieving himself anywhere but outside throughout the stay. I was communicative throughout the stay and followed her instructions on how to try and get him to go potty outside (instead of inside every single time, usually after a 10-20 minute walk). Nothing worked and sadly the little guy had to spend a lot of time crated. I had to contact Rover about it because I had no experience at the time with incontinent senior dogs. My rates are currently discounted so that I can build trust and establish a client base, while providing 5-star pet sitting to new clients 😊 I’ve spent the last 5 years working in the corporate world as an Operations Manager. I knew deep down it wasn’t what I wanted to be doing, but I was really good at it and it paid well. After being laid off earlier this year - I took it as a sign that it’s time to pursue my real passion of pet care and animal welfare. Now that I have all this free time, I am filling it with volunteering at shelters, pet sitting for friends & family, and finally utilizing the Karen Pryor dog training course/materials that I started 2 years ago (but gave up on because I was too burnt out from work). TLDR: I can be home all day and am excited to offer my pet care services on Rover again! Spending time with dogs has always come naturally to me. I’m that person at the party who is more interested in hanging out with the host's dog than meeting new people. I have a dog of my own who is very loved and spoiled, so I understand how important it is to find someone you trust with your pet. My goal is always to make dogs feel comfortable, safe, and cared for while their owners are away. I also have hands on dog training experience and am passionate about positive reinforcement training. I plan to complete the Karen Pryor Academy Certified Training Partner (CPT) program in the future to continue expanding my skills. Because of this, I pay close attention to dog body language, routines, and behavior so each dog gets care that fits their personality and needs. Whether your dog enjoys long walks, playtime, enrichment activities, or just having someone nearby for company, I’m happy to keep them on their usual routine. I’m comfortable with different energy levels and personalities, from playful party animals to laid-back couch companions. You can expect dependable care, regular updates, and lots of attention for your dog while you’re away. I treat every dog like they’re my own and aim to make the experience stress free for both you and your furry family member. • I am home all day and rarely leave for longer than a couple of hours. • I try to keep my Rover schedule up to date for when I am unavailable. • Since I require a meet and greet in advance, please contact me at least two weeks prior to your needed booking date. • My sister and I live together in a house with a fenced yard. She is also an experienced Rover sitter, currently inactive while she works and goes to school. She won't be assisting much, but I like to be transparent about the other humans your dog will be interacting with while they're here. I focus on creating a calm, positive environment and always use reward based interactions so dogs feel safe and confident. I also pay close attention to behavior and body language to ensure each dog’s needs are met. Every dog I care for is treated like part of the family. Plenty of attention, patience, and affection are always included. IMPORTANT: • I've spent many hours training my dog to be a well mannered magnificent mutt :) He loves to play. I’ve noticed this bothers some dogs. • I have a fenced backyard but as an extra safety measure I never leave dogs unattended back there. Regardless, if your dog is an escape artist - this will not be the best fit. • Make sure your dog arrives clean and healthy so that they can enjoy all of the same luxuries my dog does - unlimited access to lounging on furniture, snuggles, petting, and scritches! - Please pack any grooming tools that may be needed over the course of their stay (shampoo, paw wipes, brush, etc.) REQUIRED: • I require that all dogs are up to date on their vaccines and flea/tick/heartworm preventative. I will need vaccination proof, sent through Rover or brought in person at the Meet and Greet. My dog is on Simparica trio in addition to always being up to date on vaccines. • Meet & Greets are required, as far in advance as possible. For extended stay boarding, I offer a discounted doggy day-care rate to prospective clients. I highly recommend this as it allows me to observe how your dog's behavior when you aren't present, prior to your extended absence, which provides greater peace of mind for all involved parties :) • Your dog must be 100% house trained, obedient, and properly socialized in order to have the best time possible during their stay.
“emily made me feel so secure and confident in leaving murphy with her! she sent so many updates to make sure i was secure and confident in his care. i appreciate emily very much and would definitely boom her again!”

They have a great relaxing and knowledgable demeanor that made us feel very comfortable with leaving are dogs in there care.”

“As always, Jim is amazing! My pup Cora stayed for 10 days this time and she was wonderfully cared for. I received plenty of pics and updates. My mind was at ease during my vacation because I knew Cora was so well cared for and loved. I will absolutely be booking with Jim again!!”

“Jamie was so great with Cooper! Sent regular updates and walked him even though it’s 5 degrees outside! Her pup Chili is the sweetest too. She was also very accommodating when my flight got delayed, which I really appreciated!”

“Kristen and here family were absolutely amazing! Nino had the best time and I felt completely at ease knowing he was safe and cared for. She went above and beyond to make sure he was comfortable, happy, and loved while I was away. I could tell right away how much she truly cares about dogs, and it made all the difference. I’ll definitely be booking with her again highly recommend to anyone looking for exceptional, reliable, and loving care for their pup!”

“I had a last minute trip and Gage was able to help out big time. He sent pics, took her on some hikes, and I came back to a very happy pup. I'd definitely use Gage again!”

“Brian was able to accommodate my pup relatively last minute over the holidays, which was great. My pup came home tired and happy. Brian’s dog Maeve is also super sweet!”

“Megan was quick to respond. We had a meet & greet to make sure our dog would do well while we were gone, which helped me feel better. She sent lots of updates and pictures! Our pup came home with conjunctivitis, but he was happy and enjoyed his stay.”
