Doggy Day Care in Denver

About: As a lifetime animal lover, I've had the pleasure of being a pet parent, rescue pup foster mom, and repeat sitter for friends & family. I have experience with dogs of all ages, sizes, and many different medical needs. I work from home, so I will be with your pup the majority of the time. I do not have a yard but I take multiple daily dog walks (plus a final potty break before bed). I'm centrally located in Denver and live with one 65-lb mixed breed dog and a small bird (caged while around dogs). My dog has welcomed a variety of other dogs into our home and has always been very friendly. I live across from a park, which is perfect for meet-and-greets with other dogs on neutral ground. I allow my dog on furniture and I don't feed her from the table. I am happy to keep consistent with rules and habits you prefer your dog to follow! In case of emergency, I have go-to vets for both regular and 24-hour care but am happy to default to your preferred vet.

Usually when I pick her up from daycare she’s eager to go home but she hopped right back up on the couch to get in some final snuggles with Scott. About: Lover of all dogs and can't wait to meet yours! I've grown up with dogs my whole life and have experience caring for dogs in all stages of life. After initially signing up to be a Rover in 2020, I️ took a break to care for a sweet 4-year-old rescue, Enzo. I understand how hard it can be to find someone you trust to watch your dog while you're away, and I'm excited to be that person. I‘m comfortable with all breeds and sizes, and will treat your dog like family. I will be sure to follow your instructions - what treats are allowed or rules you expect your pup respect (even when you're not around). I'm very active and love looking for new parks to explore. I take special consideration for needs requested to ensure the best possible experience for everyone involved. I️’m experienced in caring for dogs with general and separation anxiety disorders, so just let me know in advance if any special accommodations are necessary. I currently work remote full-time but only keep my rover status as active when my work schedule is light, so I️ will have plenty of time to play with your pup! Please let me know your typical routine, so I️ can make your dog more comfortable and schedule my working hours around that. I️ live in an apartment, but I’m close to Cherry Creek trail, Sunken Gardens Park, Governors Park, and Cheeseman. Or I can keep the walks more residential if that’s what your dog is used to, just let me know!

About: Hi! My name is Aaron and I’m a remote worker based in Capitol Hill Area, so I’m home most of the day and able to give pets plenty of attention. I have experience caring for both dogs and cats of all sizes and previously owned a Boston Terrier, so I’m comfortable with walks, playtime, feeding routines, and general care. I don’t currently have pets of my own, which allows me to focus fully on your pet while they’re with me. I’m happy to follow specific routines, provide updates and photos, and make sure your pet feels safe, happy, and well cared for while you’re away. As a remote worker, I’m home most of the day to supervise, maintain routines, and ensure pets are never left alone for long. Outside of the work day I’m able to give as much needed attention to your pets. I provide a calm, safe, and attentive environment and always follow pet parents’ instructions closely. I always treat everyone’s pet as if they were my own.

About: My senior dog crossed the rainbow bridge May 5th and while I’m not ready to adopt another dog yet, I do want dogs in my life again. My previous dog was dog reactive so I am familiar with dealing with dog reactivity. Additionally, I volunteered at Humane Colorado (formerly Dumb Friends League) for a year walking dogs so I’m familiar walking and interacting with a variety of dogs with various “quirks”. My old dog required a lot of medication including injections at the end so I am able to administer medications both orally and injections. I work from home so have a very flexible schedule and can take your dog out as frequently as needed. I also work east coast hours so I finish my day around 3pm and am available for check ins and longer walks in the afternoons. I enjoy walking but will always adapt to your dog’s pace and energy level. I live in a two bedroom apartment by myself so your dog will have plenty of room to roam and plenty of attention from me. I live less than a mile from Cheesman Park so if your dog has lots of energy, we have plenty of place to walk to. This house has no rules in terms of furniture, nothing is off limits. I allow dogs to roam the full apartment when left alone unless you don’t want them to or don’t recommend. My apartment does have plenty of rooms so if your dog cannot be crated, I have larger rooms where I can still confine them if needed. I had a dog who could not be crated when he was young so I’m familiar with blocking off certain areas to keep him safe.
