Dog parents with a yard!
Garratt and I are back on rover after taking some time to onboard our newest employee - Mingo! We rescued a dog in May and she is the sweetest girl, and would love to hang with your pup. We’ve been rover dog sitters for a couple years and love having dogs in the house. They’re a great excuse to get out on walks and break up the monotony of my work from home job! We can handle any sort of medication or senior dog, and we give regular updates and photos so you feel secure while you’re out of town. Being a dog owner myself I know how valuable it is to trust the people you are leaving your dog with! We are home a lot with Mingo anyways so would love to have your pup join us.

Jessica and Garratt are the best dog sitters! They are extremely communicative and sent updates throughout our golden retriever’s 3 day stay. They were understanding of our pups needs and took wonderful care of him. We will be boarding with them again!
Bowdy is very comfortable staying with Jessica & Garratt! He was very excited for his return visit with them, and I can tell from the pics that he makes himself right at home! They are great at following detailed feeding instructions and special medicine needs too.

Schedule
Both of us work from home and love having a dog in the house. We love infusing our day with walks, pets, and of course can easily pop into the backyard for a quick play session in between meetings!

We have a fully fenced in backyard and front yard. We have a lot of space in the house and can support a crate if necessary as well!

A typical day
A typical day starts with being let out into the yard for a morning bathroom session. While we’re out there we could play a bit before coming in for breakfast. A morning walk will likely follow an hour or so later before the workday kicks into gear. We usually break for lunch around 12/1 for playing in the backyard or a quick walk (depending on activity levels). Impromptu play sessions and walks are also possible (#wfhperks). My schedule is very flexible so things can move around as needed. After the workday ends around 4 we go for our long walk. We love taking the dogs to Wash Park or just doing a classic long neighborhood walk! If the sun stays out long enough we also like trying to do a short hike after work.
