About: I have boarded small dogs (10-15 lb) for weeks at a time. I'm very attentive to keeping a schedule but also flexible if things go awry. Currently working remotely and part time so have a lot of availability throughout the week. I don't prefer weekends but am willing to take care of your pets on weekends. I live in an apartment complex in walking distance to multiple parks. Taking your pets out on walks will be no issue. As for boarding, I will clean up after myself and leave the place better than I found it.

For boarding and day care, dogs stay with us in a gated community with a dedicated outdoor area for dogs, so there's always a safe, secure spot for potty breaks and fresh air. About: Hey! I’m Nicole 👋🏼 I’ve grown up and been around animals my entire life. At one point my parents were breeders(Cocker Spaniels), my brother currently breeds show dogs (all German Shepherds) and I grew up with both a Chocolate and Yellow Lab. I've house sat for friends for up to 14 days and have been the designated dog walker when in need many of times! I love taking photos and sending check in messages, I know what it’s like to have radio silence and worry about my past dogs so I am sensitive to this and ensure you get many check ins! I have a very flexible job where I'm home full-time, so there is a lot of time for playing during the day and walks through Cheeseman Park, rest assured I will be home to walk, play with and love your pet. I can't wait to hang out and play with your pup! I work from home full time and have a very flexible schedule. I’m in charge of my calendar so I can always start work early/late or end work early/late, so there is always time for play! I live in a 650 sq. ft. Apartment close to Cheeseman Park, which is where most walks will take place. I have toys, they are allowed on my couch and bed, I have a gate and crate if needed for comfort. After my sweet Yam passed last year I took a break from Rover, but I find myself missing the companionship of our fuzzy friends. I’m not quite ready to take on a new pup myself, but will give your fur baby all the love I had for Yam. I grew up on a farm and have cared for animals of all kind of backgrounds - dogs, cats, horses, sheep, goats, deer, coyotes, small mammals, birds, reptiles, and other exotic / wild animals. I have experience with disabled and special needs pets, medication management, and post surgery care. Senior animals are my true passion though! Because I live in a dog friendly building that has small children, I would not be a good fit for animals with any history of aggression against them. I’m happy to recommend others who would be able to take care of them though! I work in the office 2 days a week, so will be with your baby the majority of the time and should be able to accommodate their bathroom schedule. I may have to briefly leave for the occasional errand / run to the office. These usually last 1-4 hours at the absolute most. Some information about my place: I live in a very dog friendly building on the 8th floor. There’s an elevator, so it’s accessible to all animals with mobility limitations. While I don’t have a yard, I live very close to a number of parks and dog parks. I have a pet proof patio some animals like to sunbathe on and watch the neighbors below. I have hardwood floors and rugs, so I can lay those down or pick them up if your pet prefers. There are several dog beds around the apartment. We have food and water bowls, but please bring all food, medication, special toys, chew toys, treats, or blankets your baby uses for comfort!

About: I’ve grown up with animals my whole life. I think animals are better than humans! It can be so stressful to leave your pet at home, but under my care, I promise to give your pets the love and attention they need and treat them exactly as my own! I find joy in making sure you’re stress-free during your time away, and of course come home to happy pets and a clean home :) I have a really flexible schedule! I teach pilates so I’m never gone for more than a few hours to teach classes. Pet sitting is a great side hustle for me considering my love for animals and availability to be at home for them :) In the clients home, I intend to follow all instructions left for the pet as instructed by the owner. With the added stress of being a new caretaker, I understand the pets routine should be kept pretty similar to what they’re used to! The more info, the better!

Dachshunds aren't the easiest to take care of because they can be fussy and stubborn, and Steven didn't have any problem dealing with Disco's diva behavior and sent a photo of him partying with the toys at Steven's place.
