They sent picture updates that kept us feeling connected and reassured. Our pup recently had surgery for torn CCL’s and they monitored her activity making sure there was no jumping or rough play while still keeping her happy with love and attention. I was surprised by how excited our pup was to arrive, which is rare since she typically doesn’t like being left anywhere. Seeing her tail wag going into a new place and her happy, relaxed demeanor at pickup said it all. She clearly felt comfortable and cared for. We’re so grateful to have found such a wonderful sitter and will definitely be booking with them again!”

I’m home throughout the day to provide consistent attention, supervision, and plenty of playtime and potty breaks. My schedule is very flexible, so I can easily adapt to each dog’s needs and routine. If I do need to step out for a quick errand, I’m never gone for more than about 2 hours, so your pup will never be left alone for long. Overall, your dog will have lots of company, care, and attention all day long! I care for pets in my home as if they were my own—making sure they feel safe, comfortable, and loved from the moment they arrive. I follow each dog’s routine as closely as possible, including feeding schedules, potty breaks, walks, and any special instructions. Since I work from home, they get plenty of supervision, attention, and playtime throughout the day. My home is a calm, pet-friendly environment, and my dogs love having friendly companions to play with. I also make sure every pup gets individual attention, whether that’s cuddles, quiet time, or play, depending on their personality and needs.

About: I work in education and have summers (and holiday stretches) off. My dog recently passed away. He was a large / elderly / mobility-assisted / diapered / blind / medicated dog I had adopted almost 8 years ago. I had adopted a hospice dog in 2023 as well - she was a large breed with multiple cancers, so I am also familiar with that type of end of life care. I love dogs. I have used Rover often and now I would love the chance to use our empty home this summer to pet sit for others! I have an open summer! I work in education and have summers off. I do not have a schedule that I must adhere to. This is a flexible time for me. There are no other pets in our home. I know this is important for some to feel content with their pet being cared for, so this might fill a need that is harder to find!
