She watched our adult lab mix and kitten for a week over the holidays and took so much care in ensuring they were comfortable with her and well taken care of. Jessica was wonderful with my two elderly (almost 15 yrs old) cats. They are very picky eaters and she diligently made sure they had access to the food multiple times over the visit- encouraging them to eat. We had a great experience with Rebecca! Communication was prompt, which I always enjoy when I'm far away and anxious about my babies. On our second day, I cringed as I asked her a non-pet adjacent favor to check if our dishwasher was run before we left (it was not) but she had no problem checking (and running it) for us. It took awhile but eventually she coaxed our fearful cat out which I've never seen a sitter do! And then she came out multiple times towards the end 🥹 Leaving my babies for a long time is difficult but it wasn't as bad knowing they were in good hands with Rebecca. Bonus points anytime someone can learn to tell our three black cats apart!
My cat Alma had a lovely time with many cuddles and treats! Shes already looking forward to seeing Shannah again! Shannah is attentive and communicative, she takes great pictures, and treated my cat like one of her own, I would 1000% recommend Shannah for any fur baby needs ☺️💕
