I am a zoologist who loves all animals from fur to scales! Your pets are my passion! With 11 years of experience, I’ve cared for a diverse range of animals, including: dogs, cats, horses, reptiles, fish, amphibians, arachnids, birds, crabs, rodents, and more. My background includes dog training, and I adore working with dogs of all breeds. I am familiar with the anatomy of most animal species, I am certified in first aid and CPR for dogs and cats. My experience extends to senior animals and those with special needs, I can accommodate anything your pet requires. My expertise caring for special needs animals includes: blindness, deafness, stability/mobility issues, anxiety, allergies, amputees, diabetics, reactivity, and a wide variety of chronic medical issues. I possess multi-species medication administration skills covering oral, topical, injected, ocular, and otic methods. My goal is to ensure your pet is happy and healthy while you are away!

Lexie was a terrific sitter for our pups! She kept us in constant communication and sent us a lot of photos. We really appreciate her care and kindness to our dogs and home!
Lexie was beyond professional and took great care of our blind senior cat, Peanut! She was responsive/very easy to communicate with, flexible, and responsible. When we met her, it was really clear that Lexie knows animals (she was really tolerant of our two crazy dogs), and her post-visit summaries were really in-depth. She asked us all the right questions, including things we didn’t think of. Peanut was obviously well taken care of while we were gone. We swear our house was cleaner when we got back because of Lexie! Most importantly, Peanut seemed to really like Lexie during her visits and she was able to administer his medical eye drops (a feat that can be tricky even for us!). We absolutely plan to rebook with Lexie for Peanut.
5 Stars – Amazing Sitter! Lexie was absolutely wonderful with Manna! She sent us daily updates and photos, which we really appreciated, and it was clear from all the pictures that Manna was happy, relaxed, and well-loved while we were away. She kept his food and water fresh, scooped his litter box daily, and even washed the sheets and towels before we got home. The house looked great when we returned, and Manna was in fantastic spirits. We would definitely book Lexie again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a caring and reliable sitter!
Lexie is amazing! We went away for four days and we never once had to worry about our dogs! She sent lots of photos and kept our dogs so happy while we were gone! She left the house so clean too! We really appreciate all the work she does and can’t recommend her enough!
