I remember taking my own dogs to kennels and feeling as if they spent most of their time waiting for me to return. When I discovered Rover, I loved the idea that pet parents could find a caring, home-based alternative—either at a sitter’s home or in their own familiar environment. As a Rover sitter, I care for pets and homes exactly as I hope someone would care for mine. I have an established clientele of pups I care for in my home (since 2019) and have recently begun to enjoy in-home sitting as well, bringing the same dedication and attention to detail your pet deserves in their own home. I work full-time 100% remote so I have the flexibility to care for your pets while I am working. I do like to head home for a few hours a day if house sitting to be with my family. My husband cares for our pups who are visiting and our own, if I'm away. When caring for pets in my home, I provide a safe, comfortable environment where they can follow their usual routines, including feeding, exercise, and playtime, while ensuring they have access to fresh water and cozy resting spots. In a client’s home, I maintain the pet’s familiar surroundings, adhere closely to the owner’s instructions on diet, medication, and daily habits, and give regular updates to ensure peace of mind. Whether at my place or the client’s, I prioritize the pet’s well-being, safety, and happiness by giving them attentive, loving care tailored to their needs.

About: I’ve been around dogs since before I had any memories. I grew up with them and have had them in my life since then. I have always loved playing and hanging out with them. My friends and family have always reached out to me first to watch their pets as they know how much I enjoy it. I have had the pleasure of working with all sorts of dogs. From reactive rescues to anxious little ones, I can work with any of them. Pet care is an integral part of my daily routine. As of right now, I am only working part time from home while I work on making dog care/training my sole profession. I work with my own dog 2-4 hours a day, not including time spent just hanging out. I will spend the same amount of time with your dog I am in a spacious apartment with my own dog. She is fixed good with sharing her space. I take my dog out 4-5 times per day for bathroom breaks and walks. I can adjust to any feeding schedule you may need. Water is always left out. If you would like me to work on obedience/behavioral training with your dog, I may give the treats as a reward. Please let me know if they have any allergies. I have an extra crate to offer if your pup needs it. I always keep a camera on the dogs whenever I leave the home.

He let my dog run around the yard sniffing to get used to the new environment and let him meet his pup and the others he was watching that day. After this meet and greet we booked day care with Marc. Tucker came home very tired 😊 We will definitely be rebooking with Marc and we’re happy we found someone local!”
