Excited to love your pets & home!
I grew up with dogs, cats, birds, turtles, horses, goats, pigs, chickens, rabbits, and I even had a pet rat for a couple of years. I love animals and getting to know their unique personalities. After my dog died of old age, I found it too hard to think about getting another dog. Now years later I have found that I really miss having animals but because I am a digital nomad, I don’t want to get one of my own. I joined Rover so I could help other people with their pets while they need to travel and so I could get to spend time with animals while not having one of my own. Over the years since losing my dog I have spent a lot of time volunteering at animal shelters. I found it was a great way for me to give back while also being able to get my love and cuddles from adorable animals.

Brittany was an exceptional guest and took exceptional care of the animals while we were away. They were well taken care of and still perfectly on their schedule, with zero transition getting back into the routine when we got home. I have no doubts they will miss her and she will absolutely be at the top of our list for future pet sitting needs.
Brittany took excellent care of my three adult cats and two foster kittens over a long weekend in my home! Both the cats and the home were better when we returned than how we left them - she followed the pet care instructions to a tee (including one cat that needed daily medication), sent lots of photos and updates, and even brought in mail/tidied up around the house. She went above and beyond to brush the cats and spend quality time with the energetic kittens. She was a good communicator, reliable, and trustworthy and I’d book her again without hesitation.

Schedule
I work full time remotely as a Controller. Due to the remote nature of my job, I can be at home almost 24/7 if needed. This allows me to spend plenty of time with any animal or animals I am watching. I am available every day of the week for overnight stays at your home. I have found this is less stressful on animals when they can stay in their own familiar environment with all their own things. I also have the availability to do dog walking or cat check ins any day of the week.
