“I had driven from Las Vegas to Denver and needed some time to visit with a friend. And found Dan on rover. He gave her exercise and sent plenty of photos and videos and that made me feel confident in her being cared for. She seemed very happy and calm when I picked her up. I would highly recommend Dan!”

About: I have had dogs the majority of my life and absolutely adore them. They bring so much unconditional love to our lives that it is impossible not to love them! I currently work from home so I am always here for your dog(s) during the day. My schedule at work is designed to allow me to take dogs out every two hours if they aren't sure of or can't use a dog door. I will get all viable information from the pawrent so I know exactly what is needed for the pet such as feedings, walks, medications, training or other things.
About: I can't remember a time in my life when I didn't have kittens, cats, puppies, or dogs. I grew up caring for our family's animals. Anytime a friend or family member needs a pet helper, I am the one they reach out to. My daughter, who is 17, also couldn’t be more in love with animals of all types. I have an incredibly flexible schedule working from home and would love to snuggle and care for your little one when you are in need. I have a small pomeranian-shitzu and a cat (who likes to hide and keep to himself when strangers are over). Your pet will be loved and cared for in the exact way you request. I am able to kennel or not. Walks, playtime, feeding schedules - let me know what your pet needs so I can be the best step-in momma while you are away.
About: Hi, I'm Nikki P, and I'm here to provide your beloved pet with the highest standard of care. I have over 30 years of pet care experience, having worked with animals of all shapes and sizes—from the smallest Chinese hamster to the largest dog breeds. I understand that leaving your pet can be stressful; I know because I've been in your shoes! I was once a client who had a wonderful experience with a Rover sitter, which inspired me to offer the same peace of mind to others. My goal is simple: to make sure you feel completely comfortable and secure while you're away. My Expertise My extensive experience means I'm prepared for many different care needs. I specialize in: Senior Pet Care: Providing the gentle, patient, and specialized attention that older pets often require, including assistance with mobility and comfort. Medication Administration: I have extensive experience caring for sick animals and can confidently administer various types of medications, including oral, topical, and injections, following your veterinarian's instructions precisely. Dog Walking: Offering fun, safe, and appropriately paced walks tailored to your dog's energy level and needs. At-Home Pet Sitting: Ensuring your pets are happy, safe, and comfortable in the familiar environment of their own home, minimizing stress and maintaining their routine. No pet is too small, and no need is too complex. Whether it's a cuddle session for a nervous cat or specific care for a dog with special health requirements, I treat every pet as if they were my own. Why Choose Me? Three Decades of Experience: True mastery in handling diverse animal needs and temperaments. Inspired by a Client's Trust: I approach every booking with the empathy of a pet parent who knows what it feels like to be uncertain. Specialized Care: Confidence in caring for senior and sick pets, which many other sitters may shy away from. I look forward to meeting you and your furry, or feathered family member! Pet care isn't just a side activity for me—it's central to my daily routine. I am currently a full-time pet parent, which means my schedule is inherently flexible and dedicated to animal care. I don't juggle a separate nine-to-five job, so I have extensive time and availability. This means I can devote all the time needed to your pet. Whether they need three scheduled walks, specialized medication times, or just extra cuddles and monitoring throughout the day, your pet will receive my undivided attention. I treat every booking as the highest priority, ensuring your pet's routine, comfort, and safety are fully maintained while you are away. When I care for your pet in your home, my focus is entirely on maintaining their established routine. This setting is usually best for pets who thrive in their familiar environment. Routine Adherence: I follow your specific schedule for feeding, walking, playtime, and potty breaks precisely. Comfort and Security: Your pet has access to their favorite beds, toys, and spaces, which reduces anxiety. Specialized Needs: I administer medications or follow specific care plans (like those for senior pets) exactly as instructed. Home Security: I am respectful of your space and also maintain the security of your home while you are away.
“Tim and Beth were so helpful with very short notice. Our dog Fritz had a blast with their two dogs and came home happy and tired from playing in the backyard. We will certainly call on them again, should our calendar require it. I would definitely recommend them. Your dog will have a great time and come home smiling.”

About: I’ve been caring for dogs for years, regularly pet sitting for friends and family before joining Rover. At home, I have two well behaved doodles—including one I trained to pass both the Canine Good Citizen and Urban CGC tests. You’ll get two daily updates (or more if you’d like!), and your pup gets my full attention. Whether it’s fetch, a walk, or cuddle time, I tailor care to each dog’s needs to make sure they feel safe, loved, and at home. I can’t wait to make new furry friends! 🐾 My husband and I both work from home full time, so pet care fits seamlessly into our daily routine. I have a flexible schedule that allows me to prioritize your dog’s unique needs, routines, and preferences. Our toddler attends daycare during the day and is already a big dog lover, so your pup will be in a calm, dog friendly home with plenty of attention and care. Your dog’s safety and comfort are my top priority. Please let me know about any special needs, medications, or behavioral quirks so I can provide the best personalized care. We’re also close to trails, perfect for daily walks if your pup enjoys exploring the outdoors.
About: Having pets myself, I understand how important it is to find someone you trust to care for your beloved companions. I remember taking my own dogs to kennels and feeling as if they spent most of their time waiting for me to return. When I discovered Rover, I loved the idea that pet parents could find a caring, home-based alternative—either at a sitter’s home or in their own familiar environment. As a Rover sitter, I care for pets and homes exactly as I hope someone would care for mine. I have an established clientele of pups I care for in my home (since 2019) and have recently begun to enjoy in-home sitting as well, bringing the same dedication and attention to detail your pet deserves in their own home. I am a very clean person, respectful of your space, and I treat every pet as if they were my own, always seeking detailed instructions to ensure your pet’s needs and routines are thoroughly met. I’m also excited to share that I am now offering dog walking services and drop-in visits, providing pups with daily exercise, stimulation, and companionship—perfect for busy pet parents who want their dogs to stay happy and healthy even on their busiest days. I work full-time 100% remote so I have the flexibility to care for your pets while I am working. I do like to head home for a few hours a day if house sitting to be with my family. My husband cares for our pups who are visiting and our own, if I'm away. When caring for pets in my home, I provide a safe, comfortable environment where they can follow their usual routines, including feeding, exercise, and playtime, while ensuring they have access to fresh water and cozy resting spots. In a client’s home, I maintain the pet’s familiar surroundings, adhere closely to the owner’s instructions on diet, medication, and daily habits, and give regular updates to ensure peace of mind. Whether at my place or the client’s, I prioritize the pet’s well-being, safety, and happiness by giving them attentive, loving care tailored to their needs.
About: I have grown up with dogs since I was a baby. My parents had 3 dogs on and off throughout my childhood and now I have 3 rescues of my own. I am happily married to my husband of 14 years, and we have 4 children and 3 dogs together. I am a caretaker by nature. Our oldest dog is a Pomeranian, who is a senior dog. I put diapers on her and tuck her into her doggy bed nightly. My second dog is chihuahua mutt and she sleeps in my 13 year old son's bed each night. Lastly, we adopted a Pomsky last year, and he sleeps in bed with my husband and me, or in the couch in our room. I have multiple dog beds throughout my house with blankets to make your dog feel warm, safe and comfortable. My dogs literally go inside and outside to my large backyard all day because I work from home and my two teenage sons do online school at home and are always around to help. My dogs also get walked during the day by my sons and myself. We have a whole house water filtration system, so your dogs will also be drinking filtered water while on their vacation at my house. :) Oh, and I have dog toys your dog will be sure to love! ** I prefer to watch the dogs in my own home, rather than your home. I do not know how to get that section off of my profile. I work from home so I am home all day to let your dogs inside and outside and to be with them and love on them. When the weather is nice, I leave my sliding back door open so my 3 rescues dogs can literally go inside and outside all day long. I would also be around to help out and care for and walk your dogs during the day and in the evenings. I am eager and excited to walk your dogs and love on them. We have a very nice sized fenced in backyard. We have 3 sweet rescue dogs, who get along with all other dogs. They would love to keep your doggy company. Your dog(s) will feel comfortable and safe with the dog beds we have throughout our home. We would also allow your dog(s) on our furniture because we have pet blankets on them to keep it sanitary and clean with weekly washings. We also have a medium sized dog crate on our main floor, which is available to all dogs who feel safe in a crate. We also have a smaller crate available for smaller dogs on the main floor.
“My Vizsla was immediately at ease with Sarah and Darren. So comforting to know she was in loving hands. Will definitely book again!! Thanks, Sarah and Darren !!”

Centennial dog parents share their Rover experiences
Susan took wonderful care of my dog, Niko! He came home absolutely pooped at the end of the day, which tells me he had such a fun and active time at her place. It was clear he was very well looked after. We would absolutely book with her again and will definitely be repeat clients!

I feel so incredibly lucky to have found Amy, Mitch, and Townes to care for Henry! He has absolutely loved his time with them, and it gives me so much peace of mind knowing he’s in such good hands. They take amazing care of him and truly treat him like part of the family. I especially love the picture updates Amy sends. It makes being away so much easier and reassures me that he’s happy and thriving. I truly couldn’t ask for better care for Henry. I would recommend their family to anyone looking for a loving, attentive home for their pup!

My dogs had a great time staying with Lucia (and Luis) for daycare! Lucia sent midday updates and photos, took the dogs on walks, and they loved playing in the nice fenced yard. My dogs were comfortable from the very first visit, and I’m so happy I found Lucia!

My little guy, Duke, had such a wonderful time at Christie’s! He’s been going there every day this past week, and I can tell he absolutely loves it. In the mornings, we’re still about a mile away and he already starts whining with excitement the moment he realizes where we’re headed. By the time I pick him up after work, he’s completely tuckered out — which tells me he’s had a full, happy, and busy day!
