“Breanne and her family are amazing! Our pup loves playing with her dogs, and they are excited to see each other when we drop off. The daily pictures are also a treat to receive.”

“Tim and Beth were so helpful with very short notice. Our dog Fritz had a blast with their two dogs and came home happy and tired from playing in the backyard. We will certainly call on them again, should our calendar require it. I would definitely recommend them. Your dog will have a great time and come home smiling.”

“Toph enjoyed another stay and was well-cared for. She was happy to visit again and play with Trooper and Ronin. Deanna sent lots of updates and made an effort to keep Toph comfortable and engaged.”

About: At 27 years old, I've had experience caring for dogs of all ages, sizes, and personalities—from rambunctious puppies who need lots of patience and playtime, to energetic large breeds, to sweet senior dogs who require a little extra care and comfort. I know that every dog is unique, and I strive to make each pet feel safe, loved, and right at home while you're away. Whether your pup loves long walks, endless games of fetch, or simply wants a cozy companion to relax with, I'm happy to tailor my care to their individual needs and routine. I understand how important it is to trust someone with your furry family member, and I'd love the opportunity to provide them with a safe, fun, and caring experience. I can't wait to meet you and your pup! Meet and Greets before booking a service are welcome! ☺️ As a flight attendant, my schedule varies from week to week, but I often have multiple consecutive days off that allow me to dedicate plenty of time to pet care. I keep my Rover calendar updated so you'll always see my current availability. When I commit to a booking, you can count on me to provide dependable care, regular updates, and lots of attention for your pet. Your pet's safety and comfort are my top priorities. I always take the time to learn about each dog's routine, personality, preferences, and any medical or behavioral needs before their stay. I carefully follow all owner instructions, including feeding schedules, medications, exercise, and any special care requirements.

About: Hi there! I have been a "dog mom" for many years and understand and appreciate how important they are as members of the family. My dog Kody is my heart and since I don't have human children, all the maternal instincts, which are many, are focused on him. I think you have to be a *dog person" to truly understand what I mean. I have fostered for a rescue (which led to two additions to my family) and tend to be a bit over protective which means I am very aware of how they are doing, if there are any changes and most importantly how they are cared for. The same would hold true for any dog I am responsible for. I have a good amount of availability and am open to discussing boarding or providing day care in my home provided your dog is "dog friendly". I am somewhat limited to the number of hours I am able to provide at one time if the care is in the community and therefore would be looking for work in the Highlands Ranch area. I am currently job hunting and therefore have a lot of time to take care of your pup, especially if I am providing care in my home. A meet and great will be important as well as an introduction of our dogs to each other. I treat them as if they are mine. I have a 4.5 year old cockapoo who would be a great companion provided it is a good fit. I have a six foot fence yard and always accompany my dog outside.

About: I've taken care of dogs, cats, and the occasional reptile for many many years! I would be honored to get the opportunity to care for your pets and any unique needs they might have. I'm currently working part-time and have plenty of time to care for your pets in any ways you might need! Every pet is unique and I would be honored to learn the best ways to love your pets! I have a fenced yard and a spacious home if needed! I have one cat right now, he is very friendly and loves meeting new people and other pets but he can be separated if needed!
About: My guiding principles is it’s My Duty, Obligation, and Responsibility to ensure the utmost Happiness and Safety of every dog entrusted to my care. Each moment spent with your canine companion; I hold steadfast to this ethos. Recognizing the profound significance of dogs in our lives, it becomes my mission to replicate the familiar warmth and attention they receive at home. Being an ardent dog enthusiast, bringing joy to pups feels like second nature to me. I've cherished a lifelong love for dogs, but my involvement with them extends far beyond mere affection. With over 20 years of experience in dog training, working with animal shelters, and training therapy dogs, my expertise spans a wide spectrum. I've had the privilege of working with countless dogs, and each moment has been invaluable to me. From the tiniest pups to the largest breeds, I've embraced every opportunity to care for them and understand their unique communication styles. When embarking on a new client relationship, I prefer to arrange a meet-and-greet session. This serves as a vital compatibility check, ensuring harmony between all parties involved. Moreover, it offers an invaluable opportunity for us to discuss your dog and your specific care preferences face-to-face. Nobody understands your furry friend better than you do, and engaging directly with owners helps me glean insights into what makes their pup truly happy! Additionally, I relish the chance to meet new dogs, and I make it a point to interact with them at their level, establishing a rapport that promises fast friendship. Recognizing the challenges of being separated from your cherished companion, effective communication becomes paramount. I pledge to keep you updated regularly with photos, offering glimpses into the delightful moments your pup and I share. Whether it's mealtimes or behavioral nuances, I am committed to providing detailed reports that foster peace of mind. Moreover, I welcome any questions or concerns you may have, as your satisfaction is my utmost priority. Going above and beyond is simply part and parcel of my commitment to excellence. Since I work from home, I'm able to give plenty of attention and care to your pet throughout the day. This allows me to easily integrate feeding, playtime, and walks into my daily routine, ensuring your pet is happy and active. My flexible schedule means I can adjust to your pet's needs, providing frequent care and companionship. With over 20 years of experience, I understand the nuances of canine behavior. From training to cuddles, my care is tailored to ensure their well-being and happiness.
About: I have had dogs the majority of my life and absolutely adore them. They bring so much unconditional love to our lives that it is impossible not to love them! I currently work from home so I am always here for your dog(s) during the day. My schedule at work is designed to allow me to take dogs out every two hours if they aren't sure of or can't use a dog door. I will get all viable information from the pawrent so I know exactly what is needed for the pet such as feedings, walks, medications, training or other things.
About: I can't remember a time in my life when I didn't have kittens, cats, puppies, or dogs. I grew up caring for our family's animals. Anytime a friend or family member needs a pet helper, I am the one they reach out to. My daughter, who is 17, also couldn’t be more in love with animals of all types. I have an incredibly flexible schedule working from home and would love to snuggle and care for your little one when you are in need. I have a small pomeranian-shitzu and a cat (who likes to hide and keep to himself when strangers are over). Your pet will be loved and cared for in the exact way you request. I am able to kennel or not. Walks, playtime, feeding schedules - let me know what your pet needs so I can be the best step-in momma while you are away.

Susan took wonderful care of my dog, Niko! He came home absolutely pooped at the end of the day, which tells me he had such a fun and active time at her place. It was clear he was very well looked after. We would absolutely book with her again and will definitely be repeat clients!

I feel so incredibly lucky to have found Amy, Mitch, and Townes to care for Henry! He has absolutely loved his time with them, and it gives me so much peace of mind knowing he’s in such good hands. They take amazing care of him and truly treat him like part of the family. I especially love the picture updates Amy sends. It makes being away so much easier and reassures me that he’s happy and thriving. I truly couldn’t ask for better care for Henry. I would recommend their family to anyone looking for a loving, attentive home for their pup!

My dogs had a great time staying with Lucia (and Luis) for daycare! Lucia sent midday updates and photos, took the dogs on walks, and they loved playing in the nice fenced yard. My dogs were comfortable from the very first visit, and I’m so happy I found Lucia!

Sitters on Rover can offer flexible scheduling, so you can coordinate times that work best for you and your pet—whether that’s early drop-off or later pick-up to match your Heritage Hills commute.
If your schedule changes, it’s best to let your sitter know through the app as early as possible. Many sitters can adjust pick-up and drop-off times when needed.
Think of doggy day care as your dog’s fun, supervised play date that happens to fit into your workday. Day care through Rover takes place in a real home. This offers a calmer and more personalized environment for your pup.
A typical day can include companionship, one-on-one attention, and same day pick-up and drop-off. Many sitters can also offer structured routines and exercise throughout the day. For recurring, weekly day care, sitters will include photo updates so you can see your dog in their element.
Here are tips for finding the ideal day care fit for your dog:
- For some small dogs: In-home day care can be the perfect fit. Look for sitters whose "can host" section only lists dogs weighing 0–7 kilograms and/or 7–18 kilograms. During your Meet & Greet, ask about play areas based on dog size and energy level.
- For high-energy dogs: The ideal doggy day care can offer scheduled breaks and outdoor spaces or activities. You can also find sitters who host multiple dogs to satisfy your pup’s socializing needs.
- For dogs who prefer human-only companionship: Use the filters "Doesn't own a dog" and "Only accepts one pet at a time" to find the right care.
Play groups can be an option when you book with a day care sitter through Rover. Many sitters do host a small number of dogs at the same time. Smaller dog packs are generally safer, more fun, and ideal for dogs who enjoy playtime but also want to relax throughout the day. When looking for your dog’s pack, check the sitter’s profile to see if they "Accept multiple clients" or have their own dogs. Then during the Meet & Greet, you can see whether your dog is a good fit for their social circle!
While each sitter sets their own vaccine requirements, staying up-to-date on your dog’s vaccines is the best way to be "boarding ready". Vaccinations help create a safe environment for all pets under a sitter’s care.
Many sitters in CO ask that dogs be up to date on core vaccines like the Canine Parvovirus, Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus, Bordetella, and Rabies.
By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.
Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .
The Rover Guarantee is Rover’s commitment to your peace of mind every time you book. It includes 24/7 customer support, sitter access to advice from qualified veterinary professionals for diagnostic issues, and a reimbursement program for eligible veterinary care in the rare event something goes wrong.
All bookings are backed by the Rover Guarantee , which provides up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care reimbursement.
A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
