We’re only a few minutes from Cook Creek Green Space, so walks happen often, with plenty of grass and sunshine when we’re both in need of a mid-day adventure to escape the Teams notifications. Animals have been a core part of my life for over 20 years — I grew up raising and adopting all kinds of pets, helped my parents train working/hunting dogs for birding, and have volunteered with local rescues supporting adoption efforts. About: Let your loved one leave for vacation while you do! I currently offer trips to the cherry creek dog park. The pups in my photos are my babies that live with my family. I currently work full time outside of rover in office! With that said I’m pretty flexible with my schedule outside of work! So if you need me to come a day earlier or stay a day later let me know. About: I’ve had cats and dogs since I was born. I have experience with a variety of breeds and sizes- I currently have my own boxer and two cats! I have experience with training as I’ve trained two service dogs. Friends and family have also trusted me to care for their pets during day trips, weekend trips, and week long trips. My own dog has a special diet and has had medical issues requiring medication so I have experience with those types of needs as well. I am very aware of the needs each animal has and I pride myself on ensuring every animal has the best and most specialized care. In a client’s home, I am respectful and clean. I am able to safely crate dogs, supervise in backyard adventures (and join in the fun!), take dogs on walks of all lengths, feed them according to strict or loose schedules, and follow prescription protocols. I will happily play toys with your pet and also snuggle up for some down time. In addition to loving care and unending attention for your pet, I also make sure to clean up in my client’s home. This includes poop scooping, laundry, bathroom cleaning, vacuuming, and dishes if I stay overnight. In my own home, I have two small chihuahua mixes that are well-behaved gentlemen. They love the companionship of other dogs, so your dog will have lots of playing, sniffing, and zoomies to enjoy. I also am a dedicated walker, so when your dog is in my home, we go on a minimum of three walks a day, not just potty breaks (this can be less if you have an older/disabled/littler dog!)

I work with cats and dogs of all temperaments (friendly to spicy). I love all fur babies, regardless of their size! *I am RECOVER CPR Certified and Fear Free Certified* I work full time and my schedule VARIES as I work in emergency veterinary medicine. I understand a pets stress level changed when their humans are away. I follow what directions I am given per an owner, so PLEASE be specific on your pets needs. I am comfortable walking dogs in apartment complexes or areas that do not have a yard to get daily stimulation and use the bathroom. I scoop litter boxes 1-2 times a day as needed. Animals that have access to a yard I will allow to have time outside (reasonable for temperatures during the day). I understand the importance of habitual medication administration and I am familiar with medications due to my job. I am comfortable with administering medications of various methods, understand food allergies, ect. I will send photos as frequently as an owner would like: every day, multiple times a day, every other day. Most of all, I love each fur baby like they are my own. I want the owners to feel comfortable leaving their fur babies in my hands and enjoy their time away from home, knowing that their fur babies will be cared for. PLEASE READ My schedule does change month to month, so I REQIRE advanced notice to see if I am available for drop ins and walks. I do work 12 hour SWING shifts on the days that I am scheduled, so those days, I am most likely not available until early in the morning or very late in the evening due to my schedule, I will notify you if that will be a problem. Current schedule: August- FRIDAY-SUNDAY 2pm-2am September- THURSDAY AND FRIDAY 3pm-3am and SUNDAY 2pm-2am I believe that they are the happiest in an environment they are comfortable in when their humans are gone. I follow instructions that owners leave me, send daily picture updates and can send message updates as well to give an owner peace of mind. I am comfortable taking a pet out on leash or let them out through a door into their own backyard. I am comfortable with various medication administration types (oral, topical, injectable). Each baby is accounted for before I leave for work and before leaving when I am done with the allotted visits.

We thought Mochi might be a bit too much energy for Des, since he's an older dog, but they seemed to get along just great. We're thankful to have had this positive Rover experience! We thought we were going to be late for pick-up, since we had some car trouble, and Michelle was super accommodating. We were able to get everything under control and get to Mochi at our pick-up time, but it was nice that Michelle was so flexible and willing to stay with Mochi for a bit longer.
