This includes poop scooping, laundry, bathroom cleaning, vacuuming, and dishes if I stay overnight. In my own home, I have two small chihuahua mixes that are well-behaved gentlemen. They love the companionship of other dogs, so your dog will have lots of playing, sniffing, and zoomies to enjoy. I also am a dedicated walker, so when your dog is in my home, we go on a minimum of three walks a day, not just potty breaks (this can be less if you have an older/disabled/littler dog!)

I've taken care of dogs as early as elementary school, most consistently a neighbor's 2 dogs and 1 cat through high school. I myself had several reptiles but no furry friends due to my mom's allergies. The first dog I could call mine was as an adoptive mom to my partner's dog - he passed away late 2025 at age 14 after getting lots of senior care from us. I study at home much of the time and my partner works from home so your pet won't ever be alone more than a few hours. My days vary but are flexible. I update availability regularly, but if you have any special requests just ask. I wouldn't be able to live with it if something happened to your pup while with me! I have experience with reactive dogs, dogs who have lost hearing, have digestive issues, and many other senior things. They will never be unsupervised outside. If you are working on any simple training or reinforcements I can continue that, too. I understand not all pets are cuddlers or like to be picked up just because they are small and I am respectful of their bodily autonomy :)
