“Olivia was phenomenal and very attentive to details. She kept me updated with thorough communication and pictures, which gave me great peace of mind. I felt completely comfortable knowing Chico was in her care while I was away.”

“Coral is amazing! Our cat is normally very cautious around people she doesn’t know but after the second time we had Coral check in on her, she was treating her like us and was very sweet and chatty.”

“This was my first time using Rover and I was so nervous leaving my special needs cat with someone I didn’t know. Butters requires a few oral meds and doesn’t do well with strangers. When I met Laurie, I immediately knew it would be a great fit. She was patient with Butters throughout her check ins, and he warmed up to her almost immediately. The photo updates were amazing to have, and it was such a relief to know she was taking care of Butters. I will absolutely be reaching out to her for pet sitting again in the future, and highly recommend her to anyone!”

“We have never hired a professional pet sitter before so this was our first time. Carrie was so communicative! It was super helpful when we had a couple of issues arise at the house and she was so helpful and stepped in to assist with things outside the original ask. 100% recommend and 100% will use again. Thank you Carrie!”

“Very glad we chose Ryan for the services we needed. He followed our instructions to the T and arrived as required. He sent pictures that confirmed his tasks were completed. You always are a little concerned if a new sitter will be the right choice, but Ryan made us comfortable at the first meet, and we have no hesitation requesting him again. Thanks Ryan for your help!”

“Jenny was amazing! She took care of our little baby while we were away and also checked in on our home. We appreciate her beyond belief and will definitely be booking again!”

“Marlana was such a pro when taking care of our cat for the week! She’s an excellent communicator and is warm and caring. She went above and beyond by checking on our basement during a particularly rainy week. Huxley certainly felt loved and cared for while we were away. We’d highly recommend her to anyone!”

“Cole was an absolutely fantastic sitter for my two cats! We needed a sitter very last minute and he was super accommodating for us. He’s knowledgeable, prompt, and gave my cats really wonderful care for the four days we were gone. It was really nice coming home to happy relaxed cats. We definitely will rebook with Cole again in the future given the chance.”

“Jessica has done a great job taking care of Charlie. Charlie was happy throughout her visits. It gave us great comfort knowing she was in good hands. I would recommend her services to anyone. I loved seeing pictures of Charlie during each of her visits.”

“Ashlyn was the perfect person to have check in on my cats while I’m out of town. She was able to properly feed them and scoop their litterbox. She also helped plug in a camera I have pointed at their food that the cats knocked over to get it working again.”

“Lucia was extraordinary with our 18 year old cat. She sent narratives from each visit and the cutest pictures of her interacting with Kitty and Kitty snuggling with her. When we got home late last night and I held Kitty, I smelled Lucia’s perfume on her, proving she had snuggled with her. Kitty was happy and looked so good. I can’t thank her enough for all she did while we were gone.”

“Claudia is incredible! My first time using rover and nothing but great things to say! She was very responsive and communicative and gave me great peace of mind that my cat was safe and taken care of! Absolutely recommend her to anyone!”

About: I am a lifelong pet-haver and pet/house sitter, and I’m thrilled to offer dedicated, reliable care for your pets. My flexible, remote-based schedule allows me to be fully present with your animals throughout the day. This means your pets receive consistent companionship, attentive care, and plenty of affection. When I’m in your home, or your dog is in my home, my focus is on your pets and my writing, nowhere else. I love to keep client’s up to date with photos of their cats/dogs. I can also take your dogs for hikes, as well as runs if they are energetic! I have hands-on experience with a wide range of animals, including dogs of all sizes and temperaments, cats, horses, birds (both farm and exotic), rodents, and more. I take pride in going above and beyond to make sure each animal feels comfortable and especially those who may be reactive or dealing with separation stress. I am a full-time writer currently completing the writing phase of my PhD (coursework finished!), which allows me a highly flexible schedule. Because I work from home, I’m able to accommodate your pets’ routine needs, and I’m available for any amount of time you may require care for your fur baby. In a client’s home, I am respectful and clean. I am able to safely crate dogs, supervise in backyard adventures (and join in the fun!), take dogs on walks of all lengths, feed them according to strict or loose schedules, and follow prescription protocols. I will happily play toys with your pet and also snuggle up for some down time. In addition to loving care and unending attention for your pet, I also make sure to clean up in my client’s home. This includes poop scooping, laundry, bathroom cleaning, vacuuming, and dishes if I stay overnight. In my own home, I have two small chihuahua mixes that are well-behaved gentlemen. They love the companionship of other dogs, so your dog will have lots of playing, sniffing, and zoomies to enjoy. I also am a dedicated walker, so when your dog is in my home, we go on a minimum of three walks a day, not just potty breaks (this can be less if you have an older/disabled/littler dog!)
About: I’ve taken care of dogs ever since high school. I’m a big kid myself and will match their energy as much as they would like. I work from home everyday so I have plenty of time to give your fur babies all the love they want. I am available any day of the week or weekend as well. I will give your babies as many kisses as they give me. I have grown up with cats, small dogs, medium and large dogs. I love them all.
“Stella seems happy and no issues with the apartment. Jonathon saved me after my previous sitter ended up having to cancel, so thanks for the quick responses and taking good care of Stella”

“Loved this couple! They took such great care of my home and cat. Followed all instructions and even sat down for a few minutes to let my cat sit with Laura for human interaction on her terms!”

Heritage Hills cat parents share their Rover experiences
Ryan was amazing! He was very communicative and provided detailed reports following each of his visits. One of our kitties is pretty shy, but warmed up to him quickly (which is not the norm)! He was kind, professional, and I felt comfortable going on a trip knowing my kitties were in good hands. Thank you, Ryan! We will definitely be booking again!

Paige did a excellent job of taking care of our cat Merlin. She sent us daily pictures and spent some extra time each day giving Merlin some quality time and lots of pets. We will definitely use Paige again and would strongly recommend her to take care of your furry loved ones.
