About: I’ve been surrounded by animals my entire life — from cats, dogs, and birds to cows and farm animals. Growing up on a farm taught me how to truly understand their behavior and emotions. Animals naturally trust me, and I build a calm, safe connection with every pet I meet. I also have experience caring for senior pets and helping shy animals feel comfortable. Whether it’s walking, feeding, or just giving love, your pet will feel at home with me. Pet care easily fits into my weekly routine because I work part-time with a very flexible schedule. I always make time for walks and pet visits, both on weekdays and weekends. Spending time with animals is something I truly enjoy, so I often plan my days around it. Caring for pets isn’t just a task for me — it’s a relaxing and rewarding part of my routine. When I care for pets, I always follow their usual routine to help them feel safe and comfortable. I make sure they have fresh water, proper meals, playtime, and enough outdoor time if needed. I pay close attention to each pet’s personality — whether they need extra energy, gentle patience, or quiet company. If needed I will keep owners updated with photos and messages so they know their pets are happy and cared for.
“Halle did a great job watching our kitties! One of our kitties was being difficult about getting her medicine but she was open and honest with me about it so we could problem solve it together and she stuck with it and got it figured out and I really appreciate that. She did a great job and I would definitely recommend her.”

“Sean checked on our dogs and our cat while we were on vacation and did a great job with them. He was extremely flexible with us and went above and beyond in terms of the help he provided.”

“Laurie has been amazing and such a huge help taking care of our cat while we were out of town over the holidays! She gave us wonderful daily updates with lots of photos. I never once worried about our cat because I could tell that he was very well taken care of and having fun! You can tell right away when you meet Laurie that she is a true animal person who makes a quick connection with your pet. We will absolutely use Laurie again in the future, she was truly amazing and kept my mind at ease while being away from home :)”

“Ashlee did a great job pilling my hissy-cat while we were gone. I was so worried about leaving her with someone and them not being able to medicate her. She was flexible to try different treats and ways of getting the meds into her, which I’m so thankful for!”

“Shaun and Rhiannen are amazing. They took care of our babies 4 times now. They play with them; they love in them; they hang out with them. They clearly love dogs. They are also great communicators. We will absolutely have them spend time with our babies again.”

“We love having Kevin and Lisa drop in on our cat while we are away! They are so great about playing with him, taking cute photos, and keeping us updated on how he’s doing.”

“Sydney is a wonderful pet sitter. We are so thankful we found her on Rover and she was available to watch our Brewster. Sydney was so conscientious, very thorough, caring and went above and beyond. We would recommend her 100% and will definitely re-book her services in the future. Thank you Sydney, we appreciate you.”

“Jena did a drop in visit for us on Christmas Eve. I really appreciate her flexibility on a holiday. She provided photos and a great update! We definitely recommend her and plan to book with her again.”

“Ava was wonderful! She took great care of my pets, kept me updated, and gave me complete peace of mind while I was away. I would absolutely book with her again! Very responsible and responsive!”

“Tyler and Stephanie were awesome! It was so great to go on vacation and not worry about my cat because I knew she was in good hands. I will definitely be booking again next time I am out of town. Thank you guys!!!”

About: I've had dogs my whole life, and an owner for over 26 years. They are closer to me than most friends and family. If you don't like dogs, you won't like me either. I currently work part time, so I have plenty of time to walk and/or stop in to see your pets. They will be in good hands. I care for my pets in every way possible. I make their food, groom them, take the to the vet regularly, and play with them almost daily in their big back yard.

About: Is your dog an adventurer? Does your pet crave a break during the hectic work day to sniff new sniffs and bark at new squirrels? Does your dog love long walks and sunsets over the mountains? Then I’m the sitter for them! My senior dog and I like to maintain and help maintain your routines to allow dogs to be themselves and explore the world around us in a safe and supervised environment. I've cared for dogs and pets since I was five or six and have over 25 years of experience caring for dogs of all breeds, ages, and health needs. I am Pet CPR and first aid trained. I can provide routine medical care, daily training and positive reinforcement, and specialize in love and care for senior pets. Your adventure-pet will be able to stay fit or get fit depending on their age, needs, and your comfort. Nature walks on-leash are a great option! I only board one pet family at a time, which gives me the opportunity to be diligent with your cats and dogs. It’s like they are at an exclusive resort when staying with me and Dulce for the day or for the weekend! I work primarily from home and love an enriching break for myself, Dulce and for your pets! We take multiple breaks during the day for fresh air and to get good stretching in. If your dog boards with us, we will take a minimum of two walks (am and pm) and will very likely visit one of my two on-site dog parks. Your home is your pet’s castle—please share any rules, expectations, and needs with me in advance to make sure we are all a good fit. With a long background in trusted positions, I will care for your pet, property, and home with respect. I request the same in return, and thank you for that!
“Lee-Anna was great during the meet and greet. Was able to handle my big dog (he's 185lbs) no problem. The next day she came by at the asked time and let my dog out. Highly recommended.”

Cat parents share their Rover experiences - Castle Pines
Tyler and Stephanie were absolutely exceptional and made our four-day trip completely stress-free. It’s a total no-brainer that they will be our first choice for any future travel; they are incredibly nice, respectful people who clearly have a gift with animals. All three of our cats responded to them so well, and seeing them actually take the time to play and engage with the kitties during their hour-long visits gave us such peace of mind. If you’re looking for sitters who go above and beyond to make both the pets and the owners feel at ease, I cannot recommend this duo highly enough!

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your cat, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
