“Great experience! She had excellent communication throughout and was very attentive to my cat. I felt completely at ease knowing my cat was well cared for. I would absolutely book with her again.”

“Aislyn was absolutely wonderful during her drop-in visit with our pups. From the moment she arrived, she was warm, engaging, and clearly has a natural connection with animals. Our Pomsky took to her right away, and the little one was warming up to her. Shiba Inus aren’t easily impressed 🙂 She was attentive, kind, and made sure they felt comfortable and cared for the entire time. It gave us real peace of mind knowing they were in such good hands. You can tell she genuinely enjoys what she does, and it shows in the way she interacts with pets. We would happily trust Aislyn with our pups again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone reliable, caring, and truly great with animals.”

“Carissa was available for a last minute booking. She watched my dog, Bodhi, and my cat while I went on a short trip to California. My dog is quite self sufficient and can sleep at home as long as he is let out to pee. I am happy to announce that there were no accidents! Carissa came by the house 3 times and spent so much time with my babies. They were not mad at me when I returned - if that says anything about Carissa’s personality! 10/10 would hire again!”

“Esmeralda stepped in at last minute’s notice to take care of my cats. Not only was her willingness to take my last minute job deeply appreciated, she went above and beyond in her service. She cleaned up any messes the cats made, watered the plants in the apartment, and sent great photos of the cats every day. They clearly loved visiting with her, which was evident in all of her photos! I would recommend Esmeralda to anybody.”

“I could not have a puppy without Morgan’s on going, dependably thoughtful and reliable visits. I feel 100% relaxed being away when Morgan makes a visit to see Darla, and Darla gets much more excited seeing Morgan come in than ME!”

“Simply the best and most trusted person we have used with rover. Heather is the best!! Great communication and always responsive. If you’re not using Heather you’re not giving your pet the best care available!”

“Ashley was great! We couldn’t have done our trip without her. We really liked getting pictures every day. Would definitely recommend her services and we will absolutely use her next time!”
“Ashley L went above and beyond for me and my dog Bruce when my usual sitter had to cancel last minute. They were incredibly attentive to my furbaby's needs and always left detailed notes on each visit. Booking with Ashley gave me 100% peace of mind while away from my furry child. I would definitely book with Ashley again!”

“This was my first time using Rover and my first time leaving my kitties home alone, so I was a bit nervous. Cole did such a great job taking care of them while we were away and I appreciated the daily updates. He brought in a package for us and also kept an eye on our thermostat. Will definitely book Cole again 👍🏻”

“Rayanne did a fantastic job coming to visit and spend time with our kitty! After the first day, our cat came out of hiding to have some much needed social time with Rayanne. Rayanne is extremely dependable and has a wonderful presence with animals to judge from the pictures she sent. I would hope she is available next time we travel. Thanks, Rayanne!!!”

Cat parents share their Rover experiences - Centennial
Esme was willing to watch our cat, Eevee, last-minute during a holiday weekend, and she did a great job! Eevee got lots of pets and playtime in, and we enjoyed looking at the pictures Esme took. We were camping pretty far out in the mountains with spotty signal, so it was comforting to know Eevee was in good hands and having fun. Thank you!!

We were going out of town and I logged in to Rover to try and find a drop in cat sitter. 8 of the sitters were busy and then I found Ryan. He came over for the meet and greet and my cats instantly started rubbing up against his leg and looked to be petted. He immediately responded to them and admitted he loved cats. He showed up on time twice a day and sent many pictures of our kitties and showed them being fed and playing. I felt so happy to get the photos and felt so comfortable with Ryan taking care of the kids. We will definitely use his services again, he is a 5 star in my opinion.
Thank you Coral for watching after my fuzzy beast! I'm quite satisfied that he didn't cause too many problems and you were able to look after him and his needs, I genuinely appreciate the cat sitting service you have provided and will be contacted for future visits and pet sitting referrals. Maverick is currently waiting by the door you as I write this.

Depending on your arrangement, you can schedule as many visits per day as your cat needs or find a sitter who can stay at your house overnight. Some sitters also board cats in their home.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your cat, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Yes, you can find sitters who have experience with handling special pet needs in Centennial. On Rover:

You can also find pet sitters on Rover who accept only one pet at a time, which is ideal for anxious puppies, kittens, or senior pets who move at a gentler pace. Some sitters will also list availability for 24/7 care, also known as constant care, in their profiles.
Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
